The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I asked the barista for my regular (which I get at other coffee bean locations) and they said their machine doesnt make it. I told them an alternative way to make it by making two shots of espresso with added half way hot water and instead I got almost full hot water in the cup. The problem is when I asked the barista thats not what I wanted, they said “sorry misunderstanding, but thats what the order says” and didnt say sorry we can remake it for you.

This is the worst coffee bean locations, and I have been to many with so many friendly barsitas but this is very low class with rude workers.

Amazing Coffee shop. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Very cozy seating area. The food was delicious. The coffee was delicious. Absolutely loved this location from the moment we walked in. Indoor and outdoor seating as well.

This coffee spot is one of the better locations! The staff is always friendly, and service is quick and efficient. The atmosphere a true coworking space. It is perfect for working without distractions. Always a pleasure to visit and get things done in a welcoming environment!

Coffee bean is cool especially if you just want to get work done and don't feel like going to a library or something like that. It's really nice inside and they have plenty of seating with most of them having power outlets available. There is also lots of seating outside too. There are two bathrooms which are decent. I go there a lot and the person working there already knows what Im going to order when I walk in lol which is really nice, overall this location has great service. The tea is good and I haven't really tried much of their food but I've seen a lot of other people get it and it smells really good I'm always so jealous. Overall it's a great place to get work done and also for coffee. Dunkin still 🔛🔝 tho.

I come here a lot to study and the environment is nice, clean, and very welcoming! The staff are very friendly and super nice! I love coming here to do my work and have a sip of coffee! (hehe:)

I came to coffee shop after a long day at the beach and my pregnant girl friend needed to use the restroom she is germaphobic and doesn't sit on public toilets so she needs assistance I went in with her to assist and we were rudely confronted by a badly dressed person in a messy t shirt and basketball shorts who turned out to be the supervisor that wasn't in proper uniform and had no name tag my first experience before I was even able to look at the menu was horrible and will never come back please hire a new supervisor

Lively atmosphere, good music, large indoor lounge area, outdoor patio, plenty of parking.

And the service is always 5 stars. Came in Monday evening 9/23/24, and Tiffany and Joe were enthusiastically working a full house. Great service. Friendly and warm, as I’ve come to expect from CBTL staff.

Great location in Manhattan Village. Usually not too crowded and the outside seats in the shade is quite nice for a quiet and breezy moment to enjoy a cup of coffee.
