I visited The Hummus Factory in Manhattan Beach yesterday, craving some Lebanese food, and wow, I was blown away! The hummus is top-notch—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate, and the chicken was so juicy and flavorful. I also tried the gyro, and everything was just amazing. The pita was warm and soft, the salad fresh and crisp, and the lamb was perfectly marinated—it literally melted in my mouth.
My wife went for the Greek salad, and she couldn’t stop talking about how refreshing and light it was. If you're in the area and in the mood for some delicious Mediterranean food, this spot is a must-visit! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Manhattan Beach.

Very good grilled fresh food, shawarma is not typical Lebanese one, it is more gyro or Turkish shawarma
I ate checken and it was delicious
It is nice to set outside and enjoy ten fresh air, small space inside if you prefer

Not worth the wait, I mean I might do it every chance I am in the neighborhood. But that's me, a gluttony for pain. The food is so good here, that people wait for sometimes up to an hour! Why would you want to do that unless the food was fantastic!

I have been to a million build-your-own bowl places. Okay, a thousand. This was the worst for me. Impossible to build a vegan bowl as it is meat, meat, meat, all the time. Sure, there's falafel, but I don't favor fried foods. There are appetizers - hummus, baba ghanoush, tabbouleh (their spellings), but not really meal stuff. So, recognizing that there is something here, particularly if you aren't sick of falafel, the global default vegan offering, 3 stars and I'm gone.
Horrible flavor, uncooked kabobs, poor quality and then over priced. What a bargain? I ordered chicken kabobs. One of the worst flavor. Will not go again.

I had the Falafel plate which came with hummus, white rice and a salad. The hummus was tasty and creamy and the falafel were crispy with a nice warm center. The restaurant space is clean and outdoor seating is available in a shared patio space with the neighboring restaurants. Overall, not a bad place to pick up a quick Mediterranean meal.
Enjoyed take out meal, and will again. Need to make better French fry . This is a deal killer. Find out how to do it right and don’t leave them sitting too long.

Mediocre would beat describe this dump. Everytime we come here out of desperation, I tell myself. Never again. It's so lackluster. There is no pride or car in the food or quality of ingredients. It's overpriced for how low quality it really is. Just go elsewhere.
