A tiny bit of the main path but totally worth it. The food was excellent and we especially loved the idea that you can get brunch and lunch at the same place. Vibe is cool and there are large tv's so if your favorite sport is on you can watch while still socializing and loving upscale food. Service was extremely friendly and on it as well.
On of our go-to restaurants, Rockefeller never disappoints. Clean, comfortable, casual environment good for families, watching a game, or grab a cozy table for two on date night. Food is great, made with fresh, quality ingredients, and there's something for everyone on the menu. Friendly staff, good Happy Hour and specials, it's definitely one of our local favorites!
Our dining experience at The Rockefeller Manhattan Beach was outstanding due to our server Ken who truly did everything possible to make our visit special. If you are looking for a cozy place with good drinks and food and stellar service this is the spot!
Aweshreat food, and service for our family at brunch. Very accommodating for our kids 8 and 13 years old.
Went for brunch on a Sunday and had a nice time. Great menu with both interesting dishes and reliable standards for breakfast. They were very accommodating to our seating request. Outdoor seating and indoor seating with large open windows, feels airy. Great service. Food was tasty. Compared to other dishes in the same price range that come with a full plate of food, it would be nice if they included a small half-side with the avocado toast instead of just the small piece of bread that it comes on. A handful of nuts and berries, a scoop of country potatoes or tots, a few melon slices, literally anything else to fill the plate and make it feel like a proper entrée on its own. Music was just a touch loud for easy conversation, requiring leaning in and repeating ourselves louder sometimes, but not too overbearing. Great location for walking to the beach or around the shops if you have time. Metered street parking and metered lots within a couple of blocks. Ours had a 2 hour max limit, then we had to vacate the space. That may have been holiday hours, we went at the end of December.
The food was excellent, as well as the drinks. If I return to LA, I will be looking them up!
We came for the bottomless Mimosa brunch. Very much worth it as our glasses were always full and the food was amazing. Highly recommend if looking for a boozy brunch spot in MB.
On a chilly day we set in open air area. The food and company made it bearable. Not sure I would recommend the restaurant though.

Waited ten minutes before being greeted at the restaurant as no employee was in sight. We ordered soup before our main entree and was told by the server they forgot about our soup which arrived ten minutes after our entree. Refills on tea and water were hard to come by. Overall, food was okay but nothing spectacular. Not sure how this restaurant achieves the rating it has for food and service. Go to any other restaurant within the area for better food and service. Extremely disappointed.

Beautiful spot in the Manhattan Beach with a laid-back, coastal vibe. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive from start to finish — definitely the highlight of the visit.
The chicken & waffles came out with a crispy, golden crust and plenty of syrup options, and the presentation was great. Portions are generous, and the space has that rustic-chic look that makes it an easy place to settle in for brunch.
Overall, a solid neighborhood stop if you’re in Manhattan Beach and want a relaxed brunch with exceptional service.

I showed up on my carbon fiber road bike around 5:30pm middle of the week. I had walked from the beach off my bike looking for more casual places. I hadn’t really sweated that day because it was so cool out I was in lulu shorts. Every single table outside was empty and 3 out of 4 tables inside were empty. I asked if I could get a table and was about to state I’d like one outside towards the end of the establishment so I can attempt to prop my bike up out of the way. I was not allowed to finish speaking and was cut off by the male waiter hostess and told I didn’t have a reservation and they were full until 7:30pm. At a lower end cost wise burger joint the irony is hilarious.
