Rockefeller - Manhattan Beach

Excellent food and service, as always. Our server, George H., was wonderful—very attentive and friendly. Thank you for another great experience!

We went on a not so busy Sunday afternoon, so no trouble getting a table. Appetizers were good, trying their zucchini, truffle fries, and egg rolls. American Hamburger was good. Vegetarian wrap was OK, with no sauce provided for flavor. Fish tacos were uneventful/ unflavorful with, again, no sauce or Pico to give it flavor. Strange that they would not offer salsa or SOMETHING in this beach city setting.

I was in a party of seven the place was ill fitted for that size in group. They should know that and let people know. because of their open air design, we were consumed by flies and bees and not just the occasional annoyance, maybe one or two. There were many. they landed on our food on our water bottles on our utensils. It was hard to even eat because we were swatting flies away so Consistently. The food was not seasoned, textures were off. We had to send back an order because of how overcooked it was. No one in my party was satisfied with the taste of the food, the service the ambience, or the overall experience will not recommend would not go back.

The manager Ken did such a great job we went two nights in a row.... Because of his service and the food was so good! Keep it up Rockefeler and don't ever lose Ken !! - Thanks

Reservations for the location was very easy. It's not that large of a restaurant. But when we showed up it wasn't too busy .

We got there during happy hour. The guacamole and chips were tasty, especially for the price. The drinks came out in a timely fashion.

We both had burgers. I enjoyed the wagyu Burger is cooked perfectly to order. No complaints.

Our server was very prompt, very energetic, constantly checking on us. I would come here again.

The service was fine, he was young but very nice, the food was fine. The whole experience was that soulless corporate vibe. Nice room, but sterile. Nice menu, but there was no heart. A Restaurant should feed the whole body, this type of place only feeds your hunger. Maybe better for breakfast.

Please get real Chicken for the Chicken and Waffles dish. I am not sure what you are currently using for the chicken, but it is not good. Everything else was great!

Gin fizz was not very sweet, vegan salad was not very flavorful and had very little toppings and especially for the price. The Rockefeller Mess was delicious but small for the price! Overall I was just not thrilled to spend $17.50 for food plus a drink and to not feel full at the end of the meal.

Had chicken and waffles, waffles were super dry. The breakfast burrito barely had any eggs we couldn't see or taste them but when we asked they said they had them. Overall maybe 3/5 is nice

I remember eating here in the past and it was very good. Recently I just came for apps and drinks. The apps were only ok but the drinks were good. Easy to find seating on Sat evening and lots of viewable TVs to watch. Casual place. Good to catch up with friends. Very friendly service!

Stopped in for a quick dinner. We were asked if we had a reservation. We did not and it was not needed. They had some tables reserved, but they sat us right away. Our waiter, Ken, was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. He knows the menu well. Food was served fast and was very good. Location is a few blocks walk from the beach which was great after eating a filling meal. Would definitely return here.
