This place has been going downhill lately. I didn't want to return and my wife reluctantly talked me into it. After last night, she says sadly, she will not go back. Service was sub par but also short staffed, those are separate issues with this experience. Our order was mistakenly copied down twice with incorrect orders brought out and one missing item. The hamburger patties for “Burger Tuesday” were sad, looked like drink coasters that were left out in the sun too long, I'd feel bad giving my dog one. Their apps are still great, not sure I could look at myself in the mirror if I were to tell people with sincerity that there is chorizo in the “queso chorizo dip.” Maybe the Hermosa and Redondo locations have been able to hang on, but the Manhattan one is a no-go for us from now on unless they make some major changes.

We tried this place with some friends after many weeks driving by and seeing it. We were not disappointed. We had the guac & chips, egg rolls as starters, and we ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, chicken wrap, ahi tacos and braised rib tacos. All were excellent. We were all very pleased and felt that was great food for the price. Definitely want to go back and try some new things.
This is my favorite South Bay brunch for sure! Good food with even better mimosas (peach flavor is my go-to now). The service is great and efficient, you see everyone including the hostess help folks out around the restaurant. This is my 5th time here and I'll continue to come back!
We really enjoyed our entire evening at Rockefeller's. The food was delicious with great flavors. And the value is amazing! My husband gives the steak & frites a huge thumbs up. I had the grilled fish tacos that were loaded with flavor.

Pictures of restaurant are very old. Pictures lead you to think that the atmosphere is beautiful. Not true, very old and rustic. Was never told that there is a charge for a side. Also item I ordered was charged more than the price on the menu. The restaurant and the menu definitely needs to be updated.

This was my first time here and i was exactly to try it after a long walk on the beach. I walked in and was seated right away. I was told a server would be right with me. The restaurant was more than half empty and the servers were walking around doing what looked to be nothing. I gave them an opportunity to serve me and 15 minutes they still failed to be of service. Another party came in and waited half the time I did and guess what? They were served. So I got up and walked out. I hate to mention the color of my skin but I have a strong feeling that's why I wasn't acknowledged at all. Not cool at all.

This is a busy beach area restaurant. Friday and Saturday nights are trendy crowds. I made reservations and was seated immediately. Ashleigh B was our server and she was attentive. She checked to see if we needed anything and how our meal. She also suggested the news cocktail for st. Patrick’s Day, the toasted grasshopper martini ?. This is a minty drink. I ordered the honey glaze salmon with rice and broccoli. My salmon and rice were tasty but the broccoli lacked flavor. The Cesar salad with grilled chicken was tasty. This restaurant has large patio with heaters and TV’s. We came for happy hour and to watch March Madness. Parking on Fridays and Saturdays can be a challenge. All of the parking is meter parking. It gets crowded fast. Here’s a tip…. Sunday’s parking is free.Parking: Sunday’s party is free

I really enjoyed the food here a lot. The truffle Mac and cheese, the gourmet burger and the honey salmon dishes were amazing and worth the price. I made a reservation at 7pm and it was packed and it's better to reserve a table first before getting there. I wish the staff was a little nicer at the start when we got there and also they were on the slower side of getting the order. We had to call them after waiting for 15minutes instead of them coming to get the order right away.
Great environment,service and food. I wanted to update this post being that I come to this restaurant on a regular basis. I have the best customer service ever at rockefeller on highland I am so appreciative of the manager "Angel" Over the course of several years, I have been to this restaurant with different people.However this time I decided to bring some of my women from my mom's support group. I can tell you that when you go to the branch.You have the best food and the best customer service ever thanks to Angel & his team. I would like to also add to this review.The chefs that cook in the kitchen deserve to be honored and also tipped on a regular basis.So if you go there please start tipping the Chefs.Vegetarian options: They have great vegan options as well.

Food was great. Our server was 10/10. Some guy accosted us and asked us to settle it in the alleyway. Business obviously knew the guy. It was beyond inappropriate.
