Yogurtland Manhattan Beach

The crew at this location are especially lazy and routinely close up the shop 30 minutes early so that they can clean and go home early. The hours on google map are correct, the crew is just lazy at this location.

It was fine I guess. But I really do think the fruit should be cut into bite sized pieces. The strawberries were practically whole. I have a pretty simple order of the plain tart with strawberries and kiwis so it was just pretty disappointing.

Good service, a place that is very hygienic and everything is delicious, the fruit, the ice cream, etc.

I just had the worst experience ever! I came across this rude employee today. She went off on me in front of lots of other customers and some of them were children. She was upset that I pressed a button on the machine. After I pressed the button, I can hear her yelling all the way from the back to the front. I explained to her that her behavior was extreme unprofessional and the way she was communicating her message was inappropriate. She agreed that she could’ve communicated her message better but never apologized and kept saying bizarre things how she was going to get fired. After she was done yelling at me, I asked for her name (since she wasn’t wearing her name tag) and she completely ignored me and walked to the back. When she went back you can hear her slamming things around. After I paid for my yogurt, I asked another associate for the rude employees name but refused to give it to me as well. I told the employee I wanted to privately email yogurtland about my experience. The rude employee came into the conversation and was yet again very confrontational. I was almost whispering since this was extremely embarrassing. Unfortunately, I had to snap a picture of her since she refused to share her name. Please check the cameras so you can see the bizarre behavior of your employee.

Nice place, but they charge WAY more than other Yogurtlands. Go to other ones - not this one - and get more value for your dollar.

I love YogurtLand. I love the froyo. The service is not the best but pretty good. The atmosphere could be better but still pretty good

Vegetarian options: It is frozen yogurt so don’t see how it couldn’t be vegatarian but is is vegatarian nonetheless

Sammy is the worst employee at Yogurtland. She was so rude and unprofessional. She was spraying cleaning products while I was serving my yogurt. After cleaning and using a dirty rag, Sammy did not wash her hands. Instead, she put the lid on my cup and grabbed my spoon. This is disgusting and unsanitary. I encourage the manager to review the cameras and address this issue accordingly. I will be reporting this to the Department of Public Health.

I love yogurt. It's gotten so expensive. Guess that's happened most places. But it was so much cheaper before the pandemic
