This five-star review is for Kayla. I waited about 30 minutes and watched her work incredibly hard while handling a very busy rush. It was clear she was carrying a lot of the workload herself, while other team members didn't seem as engaged in helping during that time.
Despite the pressure, Kayla remained friendly, professional, and attentive to every customer. As a business owner, I was genuinely impressed by her work ethic, composure, and outstanding customer service.
