I ordered 1/2 &1/2, orange chicken and beef and broccoli. Love around 10 minutes from this place in the Manteca location. Got home an had 4 tiny pics of beef. You kidding me. I called and lady said they would give me a small broccoli serving next time I go there. What customer service huh. See Pic. You would think they would offer a full meal for my inconvenience

Food is always as expected at Panda Express. Never had a bad experience at this location so it's a solid choice for a bite to test that many people might forget about as an option in Manteca. Especially on this part of town with In n Out and Chic Filet and so many other big name restaurants right by hogging the lime light.Panda recently released an app and you can get a discount on your next visit when you sign up or install the app and place your order through that channel. Pretty nice and easy app to use too.
Had dinner with a friend, it was a good experience.Walked it, can't speak on their drive thru. Was helped immediately, line moved quickly. Got excellent customer service from Ashley who advised me I could get a small carton for $1.50. I was having a hard time chosing my entree as my heart was saying orange chicken, but my mind was saying teriyaki chicken. It was the perfect size to satisfy the orange chicken draw. Hot a bowl with brown rice and teriyaki chicken, small side of orange chicken.All food looked hot and fresh. Our meals were tasty. Restaurant was clean. Overall good experience.

Several times I've called back because my order was missing something. Lol, then another time, my bro pllu beef had 3 pieces of beef. In the center of the bowl, covered by broccoli! They must have my "Name" on the wall or wherever they put it with what I called about. Shrimp missing, order wrong, ect ect. We stopped going regularly. Now maybe once ever 4 months or so. Always a mess up. They tell me that they'll put my receipt on the wall for next visit...... lol I doubt we're going to this one In Manteca anytime soon

Ordered at drive through. They said wait in parking lot for the steak will take 10 minutes. Its going on 25 minutes still waiting. Guess I'll go inside? Ugh* I went inside and got my order. When I got home to eat there was only 2 small pieces of steak in the steak dish. Disappointing:(
