This is my family’s preferred spot to eat breakfast/lunch on the weekends. Their staff is super nice and they make you feel like family, food is always tasty, and their portions are always a bang for your buck compared to other restaurants. Have been going to this location since we moved to Manteca 8+ years ago. Their cornbread, biscuits, mashed potatoes and turkey gravy are always so tasty and delicious.
We were there during slower morning hours, about 10 am. We were seated immediately into a clean booth. We ordered a waffle and southern scramble and a chicken fried steak. All the food is delicious and always cooked to order. This is one of my favorite spots. I always have a pretty smooth visit and staff is friendly.

Service was awesome! We had breakfast a few times before, but this was our first time having dinner. We were both pleasantly surprised! I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy, salad, and garlic toast. Delicious. Generous serving, I took half home. Same with hubby's chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a salad, cept he ate all of his-lol. Neat and clean looking establishment, good music in the background. And really, service was exceptional.
