I went to this Jamba Juice located on Hulsey Way 2 days ago and I got the White Gummi and I was helped by Nevaeh and she was super welcoming and sweet. This is the first time i’ve felt very comfortable and welcomed, walking into a store in a while! Their cleanliness is really good as well as their costumer service. I will be coming back again soon! :)
I called in my order go limit my time in the actual store. When I arrived I noticed it was quite crowded. I understand it is hot outside but I think the store should make a better way for people to form a line with following the protocols that is placed due to covid. Other than that I got my smoothies to-go and realized it was still chunky. My smoothie had many chunks that would get suck in my straw. It was annoying to drink after a while. We placed an online order and pick up was suppose to be at 5:05 pm but we didn't get our orders until 5:35 pm. They were extremely understaffed and we saw two other employees to come in while we were waiting. They provided great customer service even when they were swamped. Caribbean Passion - a solid Caribbean passion. PB & Banana Protein - super watery and had no pb and banana flavor. Would've asked to remake the drink since it's $7.99 but they were too busy.
