We just tried the casada frys, which enough for two people. Lots of French frys, meat and cheese. Service was fast at 12:30 on a Monday. Lots of workers coming in for lunch. Bathroom was cleanStaff is friendly Small island seating when you walk in with tall chairs and area with cushions seats away from the rush for lunch.

La Estrella has very good food but the quality/taste is inconsistent. This was our first visit the the restaurant. We had a variety of items to eat and drink. The carrot juice (Zanahoria) was freshly made and excellent. I believe rice and beans are a great litmus test for a Mexican Restaurant and theirs were very good. Creamy beans and flavorful rice that tasted freshly prepared. My shrimp taco was very good but not a lot of shrimp inside. My Chile Relleno was fantastic, I wish I just order these. A pastor enchilada was only OK, a bit dry, bland and disappointing. We ordered flan for desert and it as terrible. We had two small bites and left the rest. So as you can see from this review, food ranges from fantastic too terrible. Pick carefully and you will have a great meal. Place is super clean inside and nice atmosphere. The salsa bar is excellent.

Amazing Mexican food, queue outside the door and stayed that way the whole dinner Friendly service but the food was standout. We had enchiladas, tacos, favourite was the shrimp taco.

We stopped in for a bite and thought that the food was great and decently priced. The guy working the floor was very nice and helped us with an issue on our check. You order at the cashier, and they bring the food to your table. There is a very large and very good self service salsa and sides bar.
