Nice place to stop for a coffee. Decent cold brew and lavender latte. Nothing spectacular. Interesting decor provides something to look at while you wait. Atmosphere enhanced by the marina view outdoors.

I ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk and a pump of vanilla syrup. It was not mixed at all and the pump of vanilla syrup was just sitting at the bottom. It was so full I couldn’t mix it up myself.
