Lovely views!

My boss had a jaw-droppingly bad experience at Brizo, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. He waited over an hour and ten minutes for food that never arrived. Every time he asked the staff for an update, he got a different excuse. No ownership. No follow-through. Just runaround.

After more than an hour of empty promises and zero food, he left frustrated, hungry, and completely stunned by how unprofessional the entire operation was.

For a restaurant attached to a Marriott, this was beyond disappointing. It was embarrassing. If you are thinking about dining here, don't.

Been going there since opening for years. I like the atmosphere. Also, the hostess, Lina, greets me by name every time. It's like being back home.

Stopped in for the first time after a friend recommended it, and I was excited to try their Saturday brunch based on the great photos and reviews. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations.

We didn’t have a reservation, so we were seated inside—which was perfectly fine. Our server promptly brought water and took our order. He returned once to check on us, at which point I asked about my dish, as I had expected poached eggs but received what seemed to be hard-boiled. The yolks were fully cooked, making the bowl quite dry. We requested extra avocado sauce to help balance it out, which did improve the texture a bit.

However, service from that point on was lacking. Over the course of two hours, no one returned to refill our waters, ask if we wanted dessert, or check in at all. We ultimately had to flag down another staff member just to find our server so we could request the bill and leave for an appointment. Unfortunately, we left without dessert and with only one small glass of water each during our entire visit.

It’s possible our server was overwhelmed, but the indoor dining area didn’t seem particularly busy compared to the patio. Overall, it was a disappointing first visit, especially considering how much we were looking forward to it and had to still pay additional $12 on a “validated” parking ticket.

I was even prepared to tip the valet but he pulled my car up, got out of my car, closed the door and called me over…and walked away before we got to the car. Maybe they were simply understaffed…

Had a meeting with some new friends at the rooftop and I must say the ocean view from the rooftop was spectacular

Hostess was really nice and was attentive as soon you walk up to greet and welcome. Accommodated in best availability for a walk up.
Server was helpful when present and was attentive during order process.
Shrimp Ceviche was very salty and acidic. I was not able to eat it after the first taste.
Clam Chowdah was the best in my opinion out of my meals. I did not however enjoy the salty pork chunks that were in there. Nonetheless, the flavor of everything else complemented each other and being that it was server hot, helped the flavor.
Maine Lobster Roll was decent. Lobster itself was good. The bun was too sweet and greasy with a hint of saltiness was not appealing. Salad on the side also was inedible. Flavor for the dish: 4.
Overall experience in my opinion is a solid 5. Scenic view and presentation is included in the experience rating.

Lena was very very helpful, throughout the experience, and helped us get exactly what we needed even though it wasn’t on the brunch menu. Thank you so much Lena!!

I always love it for the casual and scenic venue and good seafood, burgers and salads and whatnot (even sushi) and breakfast. Also good cocktails!

The food price is reasonable. The taste is above average (we had a burger and burrito). Service was excellent and the view is just relaxing ☀️
