My family just moved to Marina del Rey November 4, 2025, and have been to Casa XII four times. The food, atmosphere, service and the servers are outstanding. Jasmine has been our server most of our visits and I can't say enough about her thoughtfulness and pleasant personality and attention to detail. It is a pleasure dinning at Casa XII and you, too, will return many times.

Booked Casa 12 without knowing anything about the place. Right away you could tell it was a fun vibe. The owner really knows his clientele and is front and center setting the service level. Food was top notch as well. We all had different dishes and enjoyed them all. Highly recommend! (from Seattle)

Casa 12 is hands down my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood. The fresh pasta is consistently incredible (veal fresh also), the ambiance is cozy and stylish, and the staff is always warm and welcoming. You can really feel how much pride they take in everything they do. I also love that they have live music a few nights a week—it makes the whole experience feel special without being over the top. Whether I'm grabbing a casual dinner or celebrating something, Casa 12 never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Incredible restaurant just off the beach. I was skeptical due to the location, because most are tourist traps. This was a real, legitimate Italian restaurant. Burrata was superb, pasta was incredible and wine was wonderful. We are locals, and this was our first time. We will be back!!

You must eat here!! We were in LA staying at Marina del Ray for the weekend and saw the reviews and booked a table. What a great little restaurant straight out of Italy (we used to live there so I have some experience 😉). The service was amazing and the owner checked on us at least 4 times to make sure everything was perfect…and it was! The homemade pasta delicious and the caprese the best I’ve ever had. I can’t believe this little gem was so close (right off Venice Beach) and so authentic!
I had the special of the day which was black cod and lentils it was fantastic and the cod was cooked to perfection

I was here for a group dining experience and the host and servers all took great care of us. They were very accommodating with splitting the checks and ensuring we all got what we ordered. I had the grilled octopus. It was some of the best I've had in recent memory - perfectly tender and well charred with nicely seasoned vegetables to accompany it. The space is airy and was not too loud on a Sunday afternoon.

We sat in the back where it was a little more quiet. EVERYTHING was dellecious i only have one complaint I was with my kids and ordered 3 cokes...yeah I know kids should not be drinking soda butit was a birthday and I said OK Anyway, Casa 12 charged me $9 each for bottled coke - that was a big surprise- did not even give me the option of a fountain cola. $9 ? REally To me thats insulting when the restaurant is already on the expensive side...but thats ok- Just wish he told me....

Casa 12 has such a vibrant, happening atmosphere — it’s the kind of place that instantly feels alive the moment you arrive. The décor and lighting create a charming European feel, and the outdoor heaters make the patio perfect for a cozy evening out.
The food was delicious — beautifully presented, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was a hit, and the cocktails were just as good.
The only downside was that service was a bit slow the night we were there, likely because the place was packed (which says a lot about its popularity).
If you’re looking for great food, lively energy, Casa 12 is definitely worth visiting.
