The cocktail was amazing! The view was spectacular. The octopus was inedible. The salad was fine. The dessert was delicious!
The ambiance was the best part. The server was nice, but rarely came by to check on us. Waited for the main course dishes for over an hour. I actually tried to complain and said, are you folks still trying to get the food from the store? I ordered wine and he brought the wrong one. The food was descent, ordered the scallops, filet, Brussel sprouts and the octopus. The best dish was the filet. Brussel sprouts season was really sweet as it had bacon and maple syrup. The puree they use seems to be the same orange puree for most of their dishes. Paid $450 for these dishes and 4 glasses of wine. I'd say it's slightly overpriced for what you get, but it is at the Ritz. There are better value options elsewhere, I just tried it out since I was staying at the hotel.
So perfect for a girls lunch in between Sisley spa treatments! Highly recommend this place. The food is fantastic, the staff friendly and warm, and the view ideal. Come to Marina del Rey; it's fabulous.
The food and service were excellent. The server, Rosy provided excellent service with Smiles—attentive, helpful.

Admittedly, I'm setting a higher bar for this restaurant since it's in a Ritz Carlton. The food was good, but I guess I expected it to be a bit more elevated based on experience at other Ritz Carltons. The ambiance was nice, but the entire reason I made a reservation here was to dine outside with a view of the marina. I guess I should have confirmed this when I made the reservation, so probably my fault. My review probably reflects my disappointment. The service was impeccable and waitress was friendly and attentive.
My wife and I were surprised to find the restaurant so quiet on a Saturday night. We we were seated at a table at an open glass door leading to the patio. The slight breeze and lovely view made an excellent setting . The service was excellent and the staff very pleasant. I was a bit surprised at the bill. We had hamachi for 2, split an 8 ounce filet Mignon and an outstanding dessert. The bill, plus a 20% tip, was almost $250.00. I thought hat was a bit on the high side. That said, the setting, staff and food was very impressive. I suppose you need to pay fora high quality dinner
Great food, great service, great view! Only negative, couple next to us ( the guy) was obnoxiously loud.
It's nice restraint in Rits Carlton hotel.

Service, food and ambiance were fantastic! The pastry chef even went out of his way to make us bananas foster for a special birthday. We will definitely be back!
