We walked in around 2ish and the line was almost to the door. I usually go when they open, I’m either the first person or second. I don’t like crowds. When we were getting closer to order I noticed the female was scooping everything fast which we love but fast isn’t always good. It was creating a mess on the side of the bowls. I wanted to say something but I really hate to have to be that person so I didn’t. I felt so rushed when it was my turn because she was moving fast while also asking what we wanted. I ordered the wrong chicken, I wanted to try the new chipotle chicken. I couldn’t even finish telling her I wanted the hot sauce on the side, she put it in the bowl. I had to ask the person at the register if he can add the corn. He also made a comment and said chipotle is not a big deal and doesn’t know why customers are there. THE WORKER!! It’s crazy to me. He was about to charge us when my boyfriend asked if we can add a drink. The male employee seemed bothered that he had to cancel the transaction and ring us up again. I will def not be going back to this location.
Problems with ordering on line for pick up. Others are much easier. Seems like the store makes it more complicated than necessary checking email….

There’s 9 people working here and only one person is serving the ENTIRE food line AND checking people out. Everyone else was standing around. What is happening with management of this location?
They give lots Of food!
To start with, I was disappointed to find that my bowl had barely any guacamole, while everyone else's had two spoonsful. The floors were also really sticky, making me wonder if they'd been mopped. To top it off, when I told the staff the soda machine wasn't working, they just said someone would look at it, but no one came for 10 minutes. Needless to say, I won't be eating here again.
This is the worst run Chipotle, perhaps the worst run restaurant i have been to. I occasionally go there, look at the mess, and leave half of the time. Sometimes I pick up food there because I am in a hurry... but the service is so slow that I regret. I don't know if the place has a manager or regional manager of some kind. Perhaps they never visit.

I’ve worked in customer service for 7 years. I get that it can suck sometimes, but WOW these employees are so rude! They screwed up my order and snapped at me for asking them to fix it. All that was wrong was I was missing a side of guac that they refused to give me it despite me showing it on the receipt.
Vibes are consistent and good. I just gotta know.. why are the chips so goddamn salty.
This chipotle has the dirtiest kitchen , workers are extremely slow with zero customer service. The fresh waters are extremely watered down with zero flavor. Save your self some money and time and avoid this dirty location.
The experience here is CONSISTENTLY POOR. The dining room is always dirty, and the drink station is always messy and the beverage machine is often out of ice. The staff is awful - unpleasant, slow, and not focused on the customer AT ALL. The staff talk amongst themselves, joke and argue with each other while a line of 10 to 15 customers are waiting. The online orders are given priority ( which Starbucks has finally acknowledged is responsible in part for their revenue decline ), over those customers dining in. The only staff member worth keeping is the tall bearded guy with tatts and earrings - he never stops working. What is worse is how many negative reviews have been published about this location with very consistent observations and yet the unacceptable results and behaviors continue. Where is the regional supervision and expectations ?
Management has gone downhill. Too many issues to list. Food wasn't bad, but workers aren't keeping things up.
