Check your order carefully — ours was raw, and they refused to make it right.

Avoid this place. We got takeout with undercooked, rubbery chicken and hard, crunchy, uncooked rice — completely inedible and unsafe to eat. My husband called right away, but instead of apologizing, they told him we should have driven back to “prove it” and refused any refund. Two different reps (Elsa/Mark) were dismissive and made it feel like they thought we were lying. Absolutely terrible food and service.

Received uncooked food (chicken was undercooked and rubbery, rice was hard and uncooked) on a takeout order that was completely inedible and highly concerning as far as food safety. When I called to complain, I was told I should have driven back to bring back the food as proof and that they would not compensate me. Very disappointing quality and service.

I spoke to two separate representatives and it seemed like there was no feeling on their end of a need to make things right. It sounded like they were accusing me of lying instead. Hopefully this isn’t representative of the company overall. Unacceptable.

Left my hoody here and tried to call 4 days in a row and no one answers the phone, it just rings for 5 mins and dies...

Would give less than 1 star if I could. The cashier especially with the dreads is always rude and will avoid you if you have a question or concern. I waited a good five minutes at the cash register (next to a huge line that was building up) and he straight up walked away for that long and avoided the front bc he knew me and my fiance had a question. Finally the guy doing the to go orders asked if we needed something and I asked if the ice machine could be fixed and if the Mr pib syrup could be replaced bc straight up water was coming out and he answered saying they were out. All of the sodas were flat and their attitudes were all horrible. Horrible service.

I would advise from using this place with Doordash. Many Doordashers steal food. This has happened numerous times with me. Proceed with caution.

They don’t know how to make double burrito!!! chicken and rice cold ! Their portion always different some of them they put half protein some of them put 2 scoops. That’s crazy.

Skinny light skin girl is very rude this my second time running into her and both things have been bad. First time she lied and said there’s was no more chicken and now she’s having an attitude with me for absolutely no reason. Third time I won’t be nice.

I usually recommend this place to all my new coworkers, but now I have to stop. The guy barely put any protein in my bowl. Isn’t that what you pay for? :(

I went last night, Friday 6/13/25 at 5pm. The gentleman serving up the food could not have been more sour or rude. He was being so sparing with every ingredient and when I asked for more fajita veggies and more medium salsa, he gave me dirty looks. When he added barely a tablespoon of guac to one of my tacos (mind you it’s $3 extra for guac), I asked for more, and he gave me another dirty look. I’ve never, ever experienced such open hostility at any restaurant.

The woman working the register was very friendly and helpful, but I won’t be back. Patronage is earned, not given indiscriminately.
