I hate to do it...I realllyyyyy hate to do it and I typically don't rate things often and am a huge fan of Chipotle. But almost everytime I visit this establishment something is wrong. I went a few months back to this one and they were just straight up out of food. Only had tortillas and salsa. And it's not like they weren't cooking fast enough, they just simply ran out of inventory. It was about 4pm on a Saturday! Another time I went they claimed they don't make quesadillas. When the week before I had gotten a quesadilla. Another time I was charged twice because the cashier wasn't paying any attention to what he was doing. Idk just seems like something is ALWAYS out of line with this specific location.

Really disappointing portion sizes. $11 for half a meal. The only thing that actually matters is protein. You have to order double protein to be eating anything but a mouthful of rice... Reevaluate portion sizes.

They're just there throwing ingredients on a burrito without paying attention to customer requests. Maybe better training not sure. At least food quality is up to par

I have eaten at chipotle like 3+ times per week for years and never seen anything like this. Got my takeout order and it was filled with the pico fluid. On national burrito day no less. To add insult to injury the employees didn’t care at all about the soaked nature of my bowl and made me go through the line to get another.

Something is up with this location, I am not sure if the employees are being overworked and/or underpaid but the atmosphere was extremely negative and unkept. The counters were a disaster and everyone working seemed annoyed that customers had come in. They all seemed passive aggressive and short. The guy at the register seemed like he was about to go off on someone to the point where I was frightened. I am very concerned.
Ordered two Burrito Bowls ..Both arrived cold.My first bowl was steak with roasted chili corn salsa which was just plain corn also added cheese ...barely had any. My second order was Barbacoa which was not cut into pieces they were long pieces of pure fat (rubbery). Unable to eat food was also cold when arrived. Not to mention my chips were stale.This is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid for..Dont think I will be going to Chipotle in MDR. FYI I had some students work there and they would talk about how managers at this specific store would run their business!

This is the closest Chipotle to me so I come here often. It is always very dirty, the people who work here have a terrible attitude, and they give you extremely small portions of food. It is a terrible experience. This is one of the worst Chipotle’s I have ever been to. Have to ask four times for salad dressing and guacamole. Charge you for double meat when they give you a single portion. It’s awful. Avoid this place at all costs.
