They say it used to exist in Korea, but is now almost gone. The ice cream is mixed once on a cold stone plate and then served. There are two flavors to choose from in the large size, and you can mix them or serve them separately. Chocolate was better than vanilla.

The young boys working there were super nice and efficient. The place was clean but didn’t appear to have a lot of business. I’m guessing because people don’t want to remove their masks to eat it while walking down the street.

It was crowded when Holly and I arrived here, late for the dessert crawl but definitely not too late to partake of some dessert. The crowdedness was probably partially due to crowds from the last day of Nisei Week. Also, their mochi ice cream is a refreshing treat on a hot summer day.
