Food is fresh and tastes great. I support local business. They are doing a great job. My daughter and I had the small chopped salad, a small pizza, and the shrimp dish. Excellent. Will be going again.

Fresh and yummy. I just need to try something else on the menu, I order the same thing each time as it is so good. I admire everyone else plate and vow to try these other delicious dishes someday. I love it, food is great, lighting not so great but you can also bring your own wine, cool staff.

Eddie's is a local diamond in the rough that has been feeding me and my family for over 15 years. Their food is delicious ! However, it pains me to say this because I love them so much... They've dropped the ball on the bread. They're bread and chopped was the main reason for our continued return. Now the bread is yuck. Tastes like a French air baguette that stales the minute you get it out of the bag. And they've gotten really light on the salami in the chopped. Booooo hooooo. Please bring back the old bread that we love to dip in all of your delicious sauces.

I've been going to Eddie's for awhile, in fact when it was Alejo's. Haven't been there for about a year and unfortunately, today is more than likely that last time I will order food from Eddie's. The fried calamari was like battered cardboard. The marinara sauce was still good. But the calamari, sad is all I can say. The bread use to be so good here. Not anymore. They must be getting the bread from another purveyor. The garlic and olive oil dip also was different and in a bad way. The chopped salad was good. Ahh, at least that was unharmed by whatever is going on at this establishment. The missus had chicken picata with linguine al olio. The chicken was flavorful but tough. The linguine was the best part of her meal. What can I say. Seems like the entire little strip mall that Eddie's is in has deteriorated. It's a shame.

Local Italian spot offering a variety of pastas and pizza. I got the small sausage pizza which was pretty nice size. A little overwhelming on the cheese but the crust and sauce were very good. Ask for garlic dip to compliment it.

Is this place EVER OPEN? OR do they EVER answer their phone!? I've been trying to order takeout from here forever and they never answer? And every time I drive by, it looks closed. Been eating here for 20 years, since it was Alejos, then changed to Eddie's about 10 years ago.. something changed since pandemic and can't seem to figure it out :(

Used to patronize when it was Alejo. Hard to locate off Lincoln and Washington, but if you find it in the small mall you won't regret being there. It's now Eddie's.Went yesterday and got my usual, a lasagna. It was still good.In fact truth be told all the food is very good. Glad it's still open. Used to work down the street, came every 2-3 days and although the name is different, the food is very much the same.Good.

Half the tables needed to be cleaned. Got a calzone and it was straight trash. Been to 10 different locations and this was the worst. It was literally bread and cheese. No ricotta, no tomato sauce.

Frequented this establishment from before when it was still called Alejos. I assume, due to the constant mix ups with the other Alejos location further south on Lincoln, the restaurant changed its name to Eddie's. The menu and food remain the same. The bread has changed to a toasted bread which is nice, but not the same doughy bread from before. The garlic and Parmigian cheese is a staple and the pizza and pasta are tasty as usual. With the covid protocols and takeout only containers the portions seem a bit smaller but they were pretty large to begin with.

Excellent Italian restaurant. The food is always fresh and so good! The parking lot is small. Be patient! It's worth the wait to get a parking space because your meal will be delicious!

The Pizza is good, thick cheese, medium crust, pretty good. Great garlic sauce for dipping. But i ordered the 'Linguini A La Mare' Big Mistake. I'd eaten it from there YEARS ago, maybe when it was still Aielo's and it was sooooo delicious, a nice light wine sauce, it was memorable. I don't allow myself to eat pasta much, so i was really looking forward to it. When i got it and opened it, it made the whole house stink of fish...the shrimp and scungili might have been good but the sauce was just terrible. AND the lumps of white fish were hard and dry. Inedible. After a few bites it went right in the trash. YUCK. So if you go there, stick to the pizza, it's not bad. p.s. the salad was brown and yucky.

Went to this place for the first time. They give HEALTHY portions and you get your moneys worth. The interior is a bit rundown but the food is pretty good. Definitely would recommend take our. We got the spaghetti carbonara and chicken parmigiana. We also got a salad but couldn't eat it as we were so full with the entrees. If you haven't tried it out before and you are nearby it's worth a try.

My family has been coming here for many years. It's our fave place. The food is beyond good & portions are Huge & feed me twice over. My FIL is ordering pick up as I type. The prices may seem a little high to some but for Santa Monica, CA, these prices are low end and also, as I said, big portions. Food this good here by the ocean is usually 2 or 3 times this price. The bread & garlic are too good to resist. I would eat that & 2 Tiramisus for dinner & then take home my meal for later when I was pregnant. The staff is the nicest too. The only less than perfect aspect is the seating area is incredibly small so try a less busy time if you don't like waiting or pick it up for home.

Insanely small pizza for 16.85! Complete rip off. Save yourself the buyers remorse and go to Joe's pizza in Santa Monica.

I bought some Chicken Alfredo for work potluck and it got rave reviews. I also bought beef lasagna for my husband and I and it was absolutely delicious!
