Bartender was Isidro. A really great employee. He always makes my husband and I feel so welcomed. He makes an excellent Cadillacmargarita and is always polite, courteous and professional. The food is really good. I highly recommend the Marina del rey location of El Torito.

This El Torito will forever be special, because my wife and I had our very dinner date here before we married. I wanted to bring her here because I knew she'd love it. I used to fish Marina Del Rey as a kid back in the day with my dad and brother. After my wife and I dined, we took a walk along the wharf and it was just a great night.

These are racists, I went to eat Ai and they ignored me, I waited 30 minutes and they never served me. You know why, why, why did they only serve Americans? Ai and I'm a paysa and they never served me and I'm kind of sorry for the people I went to. I really felt so bad. my life felt like it

El Torito in Marina del Rey is the place to be, if great Mexican food, while enjoying beautiful views of the marinas main channel, people watching, sailboat loving, and spotting marine life are all of interest, topped off with excellent service & friendly staff, then this is a nice place to take it all in. Vinny & Beatrice are Top Notch servers, who make an already nice experience, that much nicer.

Sunday buffet was delicious, they have unlimited menu and mimosas. Whatever you crave for, they'll have it, from fresh made omelette to pozole and taquitos. The servers are amazing, specially Cristina, she made our experience so much special. Highly recommend, we'll be back for more Mexican food

4/16/2024 Recent Visit to MDR El Torito did not disappoint! We went on taco tuesday and yet were seated quickly. Wonderful view of the marina and the ships sailing. Our server Maribel was very personable and provided great service. The food was great everything tasted wonderful. This is a super place to go to have a change. Only caution LA County took over the parking and you have to feed the playstation or you get an unexpected expense. If you are disabled and have a placard then parking is free M-F but the County charges disabled parking Saturday & Sunday.

I love El Torito and have been to many of their locations over the course of my life. Usually, I am a big fan of this establishment, but the service at this restaurant was horrible! I usually love El Torito locations because of their emphasis on quality food and stellar service, but this is the first El Torito location that I have been to that severely lacked on the service component. I visited on 4/13 at 5 pm WITH RESERVATIONS. Food took over an hour to come, our water/chips were empty most of the time and we had to continuously flag down people to assist us, some of whom never came back to help. It seemed like the attention was focused on serving large parties rather than other customers as there were these large family gatherings happening at the same time. Because of how poor the service was, we were late to a concert. Our entire evening here took two hours, and it is not because we ate slowly; the servers also did not bring us a check or take our payment promptly, despite us asking numerous times. Will not be coming back to this location; truly an unbelievable experience and I am VERY disappointed. Highly recommend avoiding this location, despite it's beautiful ambience by the Marina. Go to a different el Torito location if you love El Torito.
