I think everything was frozen then put in deep fryer and crossed fingers Margaritas had salt all down one side. Not around rim. Got our own waters and server just delivered the food so no contact. Not a friendly place or atmosphere

The food was tasty and quickly prepared. My girlfriend left her wallet there (cash inside) and the next day we went there to ask if it had been found. Monica was extremely helpful and walked to the office, and came back with her wallet! She wouldn’t even take a thank you tip. Big thumbs up for an honest crew, hard to find people that do the right thing these days! Thank you!!!

Always a good time at Gin Rummy, food is so yummy and they got a lot, drinks are great. It’s got great DJs on Friday and Saturday and the place is big, so even if it’s packed and it does get packed you can move and dance easily.

Vibe was good. Bartender was rude (Adam). Didn't tip on card because I was going to tip cash. Before I could pull out the cash he told me off on why I wasn't tipping on my card. If you want to go to this place make sure you're pleasing the bartender and either be quick on your tip or your card or else you're in for bad drinks for the rest of the night.

I remember when this location used to be Nueva. Personally, I think this tiki bar is a nice refresh. If you’re gonna play pinball, the Led Zeppelin machine is the best bang for your buck.

Another great dinner here as always! My wife and I took advantage of happy hour and ordered fried cauliflower bites, a basket of fries, frozen drinks, and burgers and everything was fantastic. We even got to order a special puppy patty for our dog. We love coming here because of the delicious food, comfortable seating, friendly staff, and dog friendly atmosphere. I really appreciated that they brought out a water bowl for our dog! Can't wait to go back soon.

I love tiki, really love tiki, the drinks, the history, the vibe. Was excited to try this new spot in Marina Del Ray. Sadly the drink, food & ambiance left me feeling meh. First, the music. I read a review where someone complained they played too much tropical acoustic music. Well that wasn't the case at all the Friday I visited. It was all quasi-70s/yacht rock which is just all kinds of wrong in a tiki environment. That was the era that literally killed tiki. I know I'm harping on the music but it set the tone for everything that followed. The tiki drinks were not great, tacos boring and general vibe just meh. I've had better tacos at Baja Fresh. The DJ starts @ 10:00 and it supposedly turns into a club dance scene. Now you know. Meh.

It is a great place to watch football because no one was there. The tacos could have been better but the burger was good. Drinks are reasonably priced. Happy hour is an actual happy hour with discounts. Service was great but no one was there. Not sure how good it would be if it was crowded.
Never experienced worse service in our lives. The bar was uncomfortably warm, so we asked the bartenders to turn down the air con, to which they stated wasn’t possible because the bar staff were cold. The fact they were prioritizing their staff over their paying customers is laughable. Their arrogance and ignorance was beyond frustrating, so wouldn’t be surprised if this place closes down soon just like Sunny Spot and Nueva.

Went for my birthday and they were rude and unhelpful. I've always worked in the industry and thought I'd help by bringing all of my friends for my birthday but it was so freaking hot. Who puts heat on when it's 50 degrees out? Windows open! You guys are hurting the environment but also it's a damn sauna. We asked so kindly for the heat to be turned off and we got such aggressive attitudes. We live in the neighborhood and will never be back! They fought with my partner about the heat and he was just trying to make me happy about it getting cooler. The fact they weren't even open to cooling it down was wild. So disappointing. Tuesday and I lost money! Will never be back
