Don't order online from here. Worst experience. Ordered 4 sandwiches for my team and I. They got 3 of 4 wrong mixing them up with ingredients we definitely DID NOT ask for or want. Very disappointing especially after trying to treat my team to lunch. Will start going to the Jersey Mike's on Main.

Every single that I or somebody that I know request an online order , something is missing . Why you guys have the room to write ‘notes’ ‘details’ if nobody is going to read it ? A saggy sandwich tastes really bad . I hope one of the workers there try the same and let us know how that taste. Just a shame that nobody cares…

I do not appreciate paying 20 plus dollars and then being told ... Out of service in the bath room

If its something to ward off the homeless you have to teach the employees to muse common sense and discern the homeless people from normal people.

If it truly is out of service then management and corporate needs to take care of that with THE QUICKNESS.

I HAD TO WALK ACROSS THE STREET AND FRANTICALLY ASK AN ARRAY OF OTHER BUSINESSES TO USE THE BATHROOM.

UNACCEPTABLE !!??

Latina Woman making my sandwich was non interactive, slow and made two of my three sandwiches wrong. I had to tell her to add items to my sandwiches that come standard no extra effort. Tables were dirty… I know it’s LA but dang have a little pride/ fun in what you do (even if it’s not what you want to do).

I used to work at a jersey mikes and I never saw or gabe this Lack of effort.

Previously they were faster, nowadays most of the time you have to wait because the bread is in the oven or some other inconvenience. They are extremely slow and even more so with the drivers

This is easily the worst Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. The service is TERRIBLE! I walked up to the counter, said hi ( there was no one in the store)There was a girl with thick glasses and a slim black girl and they just stood there and looked at me like I was the plague. No one said hello back, they just rolled their eyes and kept talking to each other.
I almost walked out but was hungry so I thought I would just stick it through. Bad idea! After a while the girl with the glasses finally walked over and asked if I knew what I wanted, then proceeded to make me the worst sandwich I have ever had at ANY Jersey Mikes.
NEVER AGAIN.

Why is this location so consistently bad??

Very kind and helpful staff, from the manager Eric to everyone behind the counter. The employees are always in a great mood no matter how busy it is and make even a quick sandwich pickup a pleasant experience.

I believe other locations are probably better. The food quality is satisfactory, but when customer service is so poor, suddenly the food doesn't taste so well. It's the second time in 2 months with the wrong order. They give any bread they want, never read the actual order, and give steak instead of chicken almost every time. The manager appears to be a different teenager weekly. Today, his response was, "Do not holler at me. We are very busy." Everyone is busy in 2024; otherwise, they wouldn't be in business. He would holler, too, if your family member does not eat red meat and you had to go out again for chicken to replace the ignorance of staff who obviously cannot read AGAIN today! Hire cooks who have at least a middle-school reading level. Stop excuses and give food that correlates with the order. Too expensive to mess up regualry! Calling my bank for refund. I'm done.
