I can't stop thinking about these delicious sushi handrolls! They're made with warm rice and fresh fish or vegetables, wrapped in crispy seaweed sheets. The combination of flavors and textures is amazing. Thank you KazuNori!

Pretty good, you can get a decent variety for a more affordable price with the set menus (5, 6 piece). We got the Nozie, you can ask the server what it includes because it might vary, but ours included eel, yamaimo, uni, salmon, and a couple of others. They were all solid, my one critique would be that there could be more of the fillings to really get more of a taste of them. The rice and seaweed were great, they make each hand roll fresh after you eat the previous one so the seaweed doesn't get soggy which is really considerate for a consistent experience.

Came during Saturday lunch, waited around 15-20 min for 3 people. We got the Nozies ($29), I especially liked the yamaimo/Mentaiko roll and eel roll. Thought the sashimi-rice ratio could be higher. Otherwise great little place, very fresh!

Kazunori might be worth a visit if you're in the mood for scenic views and decent hand-rolls. It's located right by the water with a picturesque view of boats lazily drifting; the ambiance was charming.I came here for dinner with a friend, and we were greeted by a line snaking its way outside the restaurant. The no-reservation policy and exclusive bar seating meant we had to wait about an hour before getting seated.Once inside, the service was a solid 9/10. As for the food, we opted for two of their set menus. The hand rolls were fresh and flavorful, though not necessarily mind-blowing. The pricing was reasonable, with each of us spending around $30. However, you might need to order a substantial amount to feel fully satisfied.Kazunori offers a unique dining experience with its hand-roll-focused menu and waterfront setting. However, considering plenty of other sushi spots offer similar fare without the lengthy wait, I'm still determining if it's worth the anticipation.

This place has really good hand rolls. If you like Sugar Fish, you’ll like this.Quality is good. Taste is always there. I would go more often if there was not often a wait. It’s small place so be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes.

A hidden gem with authentic touch and flavors. I've been wanting to try hand rolls for quite some time. Most of the places have fusion menu with Americanized version of flavors (cream cheese, different sweet sauce, etc.)This place usually has long line. It's not necessarily that they have a lot of people, it's because of their set up. They only have one long bar for seating. Due to limited seating there's a long line. However it's 100% worth waiting for. They add 16% service charge with no tipping system which I really appreciate. Chefs make the rolls and personally hand it to you. I wasn't a big fan of lobster and crab, cuz they both had mayonnaise. They were still really good, especially lobster. My favorite were yellow tail, salmon, and toro.Their menu is precise and simple. I love it when they do it this way! They have different size plates, I got 6 rolls. 6 is pretty filling, but they were so fresh and good I got the 7th one :DI just can't wait to go back. It's a must try, but sadly there's nothing for vegetarians.

I had been curious for a while about KazuNori but was always put off by the long waits. I found myself looking for food after a flight into LAX mid afternoon and took the opportunity to try. Well there was still a wait but only about 10 minutes and I now can add to the positive reviews. The hand rolls are excellent well paced so as to preserve their crunch and warmth of the rice. The staff here are efficient, friendly and professional. The place is busy at all hours but it is a good thing and they deserve the success and following they have. I suggest one of the 6 piece sets they are excellent and give you a good overview of what is on offer. The setting is chef’s table / sushi bar with everyone around the counter. Expect positive vibes from the setting in a world where people have a tendency to have become recluse after COVID.Parking: The parking in free, plentiful but busy.

The Marina Del Rey location, which I assume all have the same menu, is probably the weirdest ‘sushi’ I have ever had. They scoop it out of a bin like ice cream and it looks like baby food. It tastes OK, but, man, you go to get Sushi for the art of a Japanese chef cutting up fresh fish and putting on kind of a show. This place has no soul, and they do not have hot saki, strike two. Very limited sashimi, strike three and we are out.

Had 3 hand rolls (recommended) it was good as it, but I like sauce and they don't let you add or subtract. You was as is. There way is the only way. I do think it was good but everyone has different tastes.

Hand roll chain with set menus. You can order a la carte as well. I typically get the four hand roll set and I love the blue crab hand roll it ends with. Free two hour parking is available. This spot is bigger than other kazu nori locations but it’s best to come in a smaller group. It’s good for solo dining as well. There is a line where you wait outside but on a Friday evening at 9pm, we only waited for about 20 minutes. Credit cards accepted. They make the rolls in front of you and the quality is up there. The combination of cool fish with warm rice wrapped in a crispy seaweed cannot be beaten. They do have takeout boxes as well.

Literally the most delicious hand rolls. Warm rice, cool fish, crispy sea weed. Simple and exquisite. Only complaint is the stools are not comfortable for those of us with large bodies and short legs. But I suffer through it for the deliciousness.
