The Baseline: For a seafood fine dining the fish/seafood needs to be fresh, the presentation must excel beyond a casual seafood place, there must be a selection of accompanying offerings, and there are unique offerings.

I was in town for business and wanted to have a nice dinner with my friend. Since she was dog sitting we needed a pet friendly spot and Killer Shrimp was perfect with their outdoor patio.
