I want to thank Vie for ensuring that my overall experience was pleasant. I purchased a turkey chilli and misunderstood the expiration date thinking it was a “packaged date”. My item expired the day I purchased it. I do not live close to the Marina Del Ray location, so Vie listened to my feedback, explained the company process involving the dates, and called the Studio City location closer to me to ensure that I was able to exchange my item. I am satisfied and really appreciate empathetic customer service.

Kreation Marina is an excellent go to for fresh juices, smoothies and healthy food on the go. The staff is welcoming. They know about the ingredients, the benefits of them to the body. It’s a pleasure visiting this store. The food and drinks are delicious. Five stars!
