I placed an order with Kreation Organic - Marina del Rey for 1 x Feel Better, 1 x Cacao Almond Yogi & 1 x 32 oz. Beef Bone Broth. Order #248724696. They did not have the Cacao Almond Yogi and I was offered a replacement item (Cacao Vegan Pudding) that was nearly $2.00 cheaper than the Cacao Almond Yogi workout being told the item was cheaper than what I had paid for. They did not have the Beef Bone Broth 32 oz., and gave me Mushroom Beef Bone Broth 22 oz. Neither replacement item was acceptable so I requested a refund. Upon looking over the receipt they charged me 12.49% sales tax when the sales tax in Marina del Rey is only 9.5%. I have yet to receive a confirmation of cancellation or refund via email as I was told and it has been over 90 minutes since I left the restaurant. I have tried calling them multiple times and they are not answering the phone, despite being open for another 108 minutes. I tried calling them a 4th time, this time blocking my number and they answered. The girl asked for my email address and told me she had sent the confirmation email with receipt, yet 10 minutes later I still haven't received it. This place are crooks and advertise items on their own website that they are either sold out of of do not even offer. Stay far away, worst Kreation I've ever been to by far.

usually you can count on kreation to have fresh organic healthy options however everytime I have come in here for the last 3 times, the lettuce in the vegan Caesar salad is already brown. It's a health hazard and ridiculous considering the price point. The salad doesn't last for more than a day. Please get fresher lettuce and produce - your brand stands behind fresh organic ingredients.

### 2023 review #35/100 ### My favorite Kreation store for relatively easy parking (vs. Abbot Kinney's location). Granted it's pricey @ $12+ for juice but it is fresh and saves a lot of time + it's as or more expensive to get a solid working juicer & have to shop for all organic produce to juice. I alternate with juices @ $10+ at Erewhon just for variety. Girls are always friendly and helpful with any questions. Ah also to sign up for the rewards points, it adds up and you can redeem for a variety of goodies (points don't expire). Parking lot can get busy since the huge lot is shared with bunch of other businesses but I just park far away and get a few extra steps :-)
