What are the worst experience I’ve ever had at L and L Hawaiian over a chicken cat soup plate the cook and the manager threw the food on the plate. The chicken cashew was even stacked properly. It looked like I only had half the serving that I normally did I’m gonna continue going to the one in Gardena. The LNL wine in Gardena has me spoiled in the LNL wine. Please don’t go here you’ll be strong, disappointed, if the management wants to get in touch with me to take this down, please understand. I drove 15 minutes to get that and I know I should’ve drove 30 minutes to Gina and got it.

I always forget to take pictures here ! Been a few times now and my top favorites hands down are the chicken dumplings/& Musubis —they are fat!! Chicken is always juicy and the Katsu is delicious. Just had dinner here and headed next door for dessert. Perfect spot and really affordable for how much food you get ! The cashier lady is always really sweet and they don’t long ! Bring ya people here

Lived in Hawaii for a few years. I miss Dave's ice cream and L&L. Got the mini plate with chicken katzu and BBQ chicken. Both tasty. Grabbed a couple musubi to go for a late night snack.

I don't know why it has 3.5 stars ... but this is the best better than ONO bbq ... y'all need to get it together.
The staff is so friendly here and there's a quick turnaround time for the food. You get what you expect for a "fast food" hawaiin bbq spot - the food is decent and there are huge portions but overall lacking in quality.

i hate to leave a negative review, but i called ahead to make sure they were still open, showed up 5 minutes later, and when i arrived they told me that they were out of food. it would have been nice if they had mentioned this on the phone! we ended up going somewhere else.

I love the mini-plates; today the chicken katsu was so delicious. Crispy even in delivery, tender, juicy mix of dark and light meat; sauce is enhancing the dish just right. The mac salad is creamy and delicious... I am super picky about mac salad because I actually do not like mayo, at all, I don't know how these lovely people make it just like the Big Island lunch plates but this is the only mayo salad I have ever loved. Even the rice, humble and low-key, is just right. The price is so nice and family style is just the right size for a family of 4; the mini-plate is a generous lunch for 1-2 people. This is the kind of neighborhood gem that it is easy to take for granted, but they deserve every one of those 5 stars. I didn't take a pic because I ate it all. Nom nom.

food + price : tbh. the food was indeed good; however tell me WHY i had to pay near $20 for a plate it's good, but not that good broservice : the cashier took my order as is; however, i needed to borrow a charger and she offered to charge it . all in all, she got me everything i needed ambiance : there r a good amt of seats inside the store + outside if u want breeze~ also there's a parking lot structure beneath the store so it's not a problem!
