Great coffee and the roasted red pepper dip is wonderful. Well appointed interior with seats on the marina outside. Very clean and modern. Good spot to catch up on work. Wifi works great

New Management has done a great job! The new owners have taken the place to a new level. The food is creative and delicious. The drinks look great as well.

Very good (also vegan) food. I knew about these lovely smoothies, that's why I came because I've tried those in DTLA. I love 'Treehugger' BUT this place offers way more! So good savory pastry, filled with flavorful healthy ingredients, there are also sandwiches, next time we'll try the turkey one. And last but not least I have to write about the sweet fresh goodies. The chef is so talented and tries innovative things. We had a vegan gluten-free cake made only of nuts, seeds, pistachio, almonds, a minimum of sugar - date paste and decorated with fresh strawberry, avocado pit flakes! It was so tasty, crunchy, fluffy, nutty, perfectly sweet, soft and rich in flavor. It was beyond our expectations. We will come back, it's a great spot for breakfast brunch or dinner and beautiful views on the marina with boats around. Just make sure to keep looking for the entrance because we were almost took off not seeing the entrance behind on the side towards the harbor.

Friendly service and fast, but chill. Good coffee and espresso drinks. The smoothies are the highlight -- the muscle beach was wonderful. Chairs and mini tables outside right on the water are a treat. It would be great if somehow sustainable, washable cups could be used for coffee.

Very nice location, but the most expensive wine pour for mediocre wine and small closely measured pours. There would be a line out the door if they did it right. I suggest Brizo where you get generous pours, "locals only" discounts. I won't get wine here but I'm sure food ok. Too bad this isn't a "grab-n-go" gourmet sandwich/wraps/salads shop. That would be huge!!!!

So many better options!! Definitely skip this one. If you don’t live in the same building then the parking logistics are challenging. The harbor view is totally worth it but next time I’ll bring a drink from somewhere else to enjoy the beautiful public areas. It took especially long because the parking attendant for the apartments wandered off as I was pulling up. When I finally got to the empty restaurant at lunch time (big clue) the person came out to announce that the 2 customers waiting will need to wait longer for no apparent reason. This restaurant is destined to fail without subsidies and/or retrained staff/management.

A complete change of ownership, now it’s just amazing. Good quality and ambience are the first class

We got the spanakopita and a cup up papaya, and they were both sooo good! The chef and staff are lovely every time I’ve visited. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and I enjoy the ambiance looking out at the boats on the Marina. It’s our favorite go-to café.

Bad service. We've ordered 2 juices, cauliflower appetiser and a salad for which we paid $45 (including the tip). 15 minutes later we were approached by a member of staff who apologised for the long wait and explained that unfortunately they've run out of juices and asked if we would like anything else to drink so we ordered a bottle of water and a coffee instead. We also asked how much longer we are going to wait for the salad, and after a short investigation the same staff member explained that their chef has not yet started work and salad was off the menu as well so we accepted a refund. We've left once we received the money, thing is, I didn't count the money until later on and it turned out we were only refunded 15 dollars out of 45 we have initially paid.Summing up, 3 out of 4 items we ordered were not available and we ended up wasting almost 30 minutes waiting for drinks and food which never arrived and we were overcharged ( they refunded $15 out of $45 we paid initially which means we paid $30 for a cauliflower appetiser, small bottle of water, tip and one coffee which looking at the menu, doesn't sound right). I don't feel they deserve the tip either given very poor customer service.

The service in this place was so comically bad that I was starting to wonder if we were being punked on a hidden camera show. The guy working the register looked like he'd been up on speed for the last thirty hours, couldn't answer basic questions about the food, didn't really want to take our orders. We waited for forty minutes for our food--I should mention that the sandwich I ordered was pre-made, sitting in a fridge. Ten feet away from me, for forty minutes. The guy who took our order left. Finally another guy brought one of our dishes--a salad. Which we hadn't ordered. We asked about the other dishes and he told us that they didn't actually have those items available. After forty minutes---"we don't have that". He asked if we wanted a refund. No, we want to eat, man. What do you actually have available? We got some food. And did I mention there were only two other customers in the place. They really didn't try to make it right for us at all, the manager just seemed irritated. The right call would have been a full refund and get some lunch out. Definitely a contender for the worst customer service I've experienced.

This was a very chill coffee shop, i loved the atmosphere and the view. I got a matcha latte for $8 and it wasn’t my favorite. My rating is based off atmosphere alone. I was able to study in peace and that’s what i needed.

Very average experience. Super slow service with little crowd & ‘raw house made coconut milk’ is just blended hard coconut (not put through a nut bag) so the drink was gritty ? and pretty expensive for a couple of drinks
