BEEF BRISKET OR POT ROAST? You decide. The chunk of meat on my $18 sandwich seemed like the latter. I could’ve pulled a chunk of pot roast outta my mom’s Dutch oven and reproduced this sandwich with inadequate sauce or smokiness and a decent dollop of coleslaw. Not sliced, Texas style brisket. It had the consistency and flavor of chuck roast. But I paid for brisket. I won’t be back. Big disappointment.

I’m visiting a new area and I took a chance and ordered from DoorDash. I ordered a half a rack of ribs and even though they came very odd looking there was an extremely healthy portion. (There were not a lot of rib bones, but a lot of the bottom portion of the spare ribs, but I did not mind because it was a generous serving) The barbecue sauce was outstanding and all of the side dishes were delicious. They were running a two for one on some of the sides so I got a ton of food.

Ordered baby back ribs, collard greens & baked beans. I think they maybe poured a lot of sugar in the greens. Definitely do not order the greens. Baked beans were actually pinto beans & very sweet as well. Did not finish sides. These sides should be savory, maybe a bit vinegary. Bbq sauce pretty tasty. Ribs good, maybe a bit dry.
