The staff is professional and cheerful. Coffee is high at $3.70 for conventional coffee. I think it should be organic at this price point. Their stores need a makeover. In some cases, the lighting is just too bright and other cases too dark. The food is fast food. There’s really no nutritional value.

The staff was friendly but my drink in particular was not good. I had a green tea lemonade which was one of the worst drink I have tasted. 😅 My husband's coffee was fine.
There were a few tables but they were not cleaned after customers left. I had to clean up the crumbs before I can use the table.

Came in around 4pm today. Noone was at the counter/register, barista (white guy, glasses, beard, mustache) was making drinks. I stand at the counter. Waiting. Waiting. Barista looks at me, makes eye contact, doesn't say anything ( no 'hello', no 'someone will be with you shortly'- nothing) , keeps making drinks. Finally, after like 5 minutes, I ask the barista if anyone is working the counter. He replies- rudely- that he's working alone and will be with me when he's done making drinks. All he had to do was acknowledge a customer when they entered and tell me he'd be with me shortly, but apparently that would be too demanding for this guy and is outside of his social and professional capacities. This guy is rude, terrible at customer service, and should not be dealing with customers at all. Don't inflict your bad day on other people.
