Pinkberry

Paid $6.50 for a small yogurt which I thought was expensive anyway but was craving a frozen yogurt. Turns out there is a hole in the middle the cup is not filled properly. See photo. Attendant filled it in no problema! 👍 Quiet nice atmosphere clean. Update: NO WIFI!! FOR CUSTOMERS.. Set myself up after having a yogurt with my laptop for nothing...not cool. Everywhere has wifi for paying customers...

food was never even ready!!!! i ordered pick up for catering yesterday to be ready today at 11:15. the lady that was working today 8/6 was absolutely horrible. she was so rude and was not willing to make my order and have me pay twice after my order wasn’t “ received” after she texted her boss she realized that we did have an order and it took her almost an hour to do it after we had already been asking for 45 min for her to just let us pay twice. She also did not care how she packaged it and all the yogurt ended up being a total mess. I will be trying to get my money back after this

Pinkberry drop in and it has been a bit since I have had Pinkberry. This was a rekindling moment. Pinkberry yogurt is made with real nonfat milk and yogurt with fresh fruit toppings that are hand-cut daily. Let's jump right into this review.

This location is in Marina Del Rey inside a bustling shopping center. A few shops and plenty of food options.

Things to know -

** Single swirl or side-by-swirls offered. **

1. Variety of flavor options, which but the OG Sweet/Tart & Pomegranate is always available. Different Seasons bring different flavors. Currently- Summer Melon Crush is available! During my visit we tried Blueberry Lavender and it was really good!!!

2. Variety of toppings offered.

3. Light and low calories if you don't add all the sweet toppings.

4. Reasonable prices.

5. They offer ice bags for yogurt you are taking to-go. I really like this because your yogurt stays cold on the way home.

6. Excellent customer service.

7. Dining in, go right ahead. A few tables and chairs inside. Cute decor. You want some vitamin D, dine outside, location has plenty of outdoor seating in the shopping center.

During peak hours this shopping center is full of folks and cars. Parking can be a challenge. Just something to note.

Pinkberry is light and refreshing - great treat all year long.

Went to pinkberry for the first time. Service was excellent, with very friendly staff behind the counter. They let us sample the flavors before we chose which we wanted. Fruit was all fresh and counters very clean. Would definitely recommend!

5 buck for a kids size with topping, you got to be kidding. Ripoff.

The employee offered no customer service. He couldn’t describe the flavor of their “original” and didn’t offer a sample. Servings were uneven and he was annoyed by the requests for toppings. Won’t be back.

I tried Pinkberry for the first time here! I had been wanting to try it, and it did not disappoint. I only had the tart (the only froyo flavor I like). It was refreshing and not sweet. Most importantly, it was not creamy, unlike Yogurtland.The customer service was great, and the guy behind the counter even gave me a few samples after I told him it was my first time there.I tried the chocolate, that one is very different from.tbe plain tart. It is creamy.
