Went for happy hour a couple times. Sat at the bar area and had a wonderful time with Princess the bartender. She made the evening so delightful.. We'll be back to see you Princess! 🥰😃
Excellent food and dining experience. The steak sandwich (filet) was phenomenal! Our server was great.
Service was great! Made me feel special on my birthday by those added touches! Great food and service!
My first bad Ruth's Chris Experience. Salad dressing was spoiled, chicken was undercooked, and our waiter talked to a table of women for 20 minutes straight.
Check-in in front desk people were extremely rude. Availability of tables for a party of six is super limited. They only had one table by the door. The steak is good, but everything else really not that great. The waiters are very polite, but the service is super slow. We went to the one in Marina del Rey, horrible neighborhood Very sketchy many homeless people. You don't wanna be there at night.
I went there for Happy Hour and had Martin as my server. He was very attentive, but not in a bothersome way.
Not a good experience at this restaurant. Service was not good and neither was the food. We were there on a Monday and it wasn't busy, so not sure why it was so slow and difficult. Appetizers were cold, steak and fish not cooked properly. We had to send two food orders back and once it became apparent there was a problem, our server basically check out on us. Just a horrible situation and experience, especially with guests from out of town on a business dinner.
Everything was perfect, our server was from New Orleans and he was the best !! He deserves a raise.
1st class dining experience. Quality ingredients prepared to your taste and excellent service from start to finish.
For the price the food was just OK we ordered 3 different steaks all medium rare. One was Rare, one medium and the 3rd was medium well. The calamari had a sweet-ish sauce on it that was not my taste. Server was fine but certainly not exceptional.

My first time here and the food was amazing , staff was very helpful , the tables are very small but we made it work … only downfall was the silverware was dirty !! Thankfully the staff acted fast when I brought it to their attention and there were no problems afterwards. I will definitely be back.

First time our family did not cook and host Thanksgiving dinner at home. My family joined another family at Ruth Chris Steak House. Hands down- it was such a wonderful experience! The turkey was so tender! I am not a stuffing person ( more dressing) but their mash potatoes was so good with the Turkey and spinach!
My only criticism- Ruth Chris show have a dress code. Dinner dining should be special.

To be clear I’ve come here for the past 5 thanksgivings as well as Christmas. For a 270$ bill this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a “ high end dinning experience “ from the moment we sat down you could tell something was off with the server. He was very short with his answers , no offer for drinks even water. Once we had to ask we still weren’t given waters. I had gone to the front to request to move , nothing was done. I had to go and ask a second time for us to finally be moved to another section. I will say Ian was very nice but I will say the experience felt very contrived. He was very nice but after the initial interaction felt for disingenuous. Not to mention after we had been moved to a new section , I look over to see a group of four employees looking over pointing and seeming trying to as some level intimidate , which I will say was funny. To conclude for the money do not go here, go to any other steak restaurant in the city and receive better service. The management handled this terribly. There was a manager at the front of the restaurant who did nothing about the first request to move to a different table I will give kudos to the seconds manager who seemed to handling the bar which unfortunately I did not get his name, but he handle the situation much better. The most frustrating part of this whole scenario is that it was fully avoidable, I asked within 10 min of us being seated to move because I could tell there was something off. Even the family next to us asked the server point blank that something seems off. But nothing was done. I won’t be back , and I do recommend Flemmings as an option. Great food and service for the price tag.
Don’t call yourself a steak house if you can’t cook a steak. Medium well came out medium rare.
My husband was asked to take his hat off to dine in the dining room and we walked into the dining room and saw multiple people with hats on. Inconsistency and ostracizing is no way to treat someone spending $300 on incorrectly cooked steak.
A manager never came over to acknowledge or apologize. Bad experience for us.
