Ruth's Chris Steak House

Brianna made the dinning experience a joy- Dirty Martini was made the way I asked with blue cheese olives- Steak was cooked the way it was ordered- Rare Family was happy with the Friday night treat-

We always order the Ruth's Classic large Filet, medium rare. Every previous time, it was perfect - tender and juicy. However, this time, the steak was a bit tough and it had WAY too much salt - much more than usual. From now on, I will order it without any salt. but it will be awhile before we return.

I hosted my birthday dinner here. The food, drinks, and vibe was great, and so was our waiter Shane! Ruth's Chris never disappoints🎉

An outstanding experience. Our hostess, Mallory, went above and beyond to ensure our party had an enjoyable time. The food was prepared perfectly, and there was not one complaint. I highly recommend and look forward to coming back again.

I was not pleased and happy with my visit yesterday Marina del Rey location is my favorite location. I goes every time but yesterday it was my birthday. I had a party at 9 my reservation was at 7:30 PM. I showed up at 7:25. I checked in. They said we're getting your table ready laid in seat us into 30 minutes later that was not OK then I requested a personalized menu like I get every year, I celebrate my birthday every year at Ruth Chris I did not have a personalized menu the food took a long time to come out when it came out the sides were not hot. They were warm, but overall The food was good. Our waiter was amazing. I just was not happy yesterday and it was my birthday.

Had a wonderful experience went to celebrate a friends Bday! Johnathan our server was on point from start to finish he acknowledged the bday girl, explained the items on the menu & even gave recommendations! We had stuffed mushrooms for appetizers, the 3 course meal steak and several drinks! Everything was on point! Nice atmosphere & good vibes will definitely be going back!

My wife's steak was inedible, but we were not charged. Had to send it back because it was grossly undercooked when amshe asked for medium well. When they brought it back, it was not her piece is steak, it was someone else's. When they finally brought the right steak it was 70% grizzle. I ordered an appetizer of crb cake and they brought the entree, which I was not charged for. We have gone to this restaurant at least 8 times in the last six months, maybe more. The food is typically undercooked. Once my lobster tail complement was nearly raw. We are not returning. I have mentioned these problems to the staff, but the word does not seem to be received or register with the kitchen.

This is my favorite Ruth's Chris location. The staff was always amazing, like usual. I had an outdoor reservation because none were available on this app, but after making the reservation, I called them and they were able to accommodate us inside. I definitely love this location. The parking is free, and there's no rush.

Marina Del Rey location was amazing!! Our hostess, who was from Texas, displayed AMAZING Southern Hospitality!!!! The food, TOP TIER!!! My Virgin Mojito, REFRESHING!!! Will be coming back!!

We've always enjoyed the restaurant, but the last time we went the food was very disappointing. Shrimp was undercooked, steak was just ok, mac & cheese tasted like they were made days in advance and reheated. My cocktail was pretty good though. The server, while polite and attentive, tried to sell us on items way too much. When we walked in for our reservation, we had to wait for our table. Once seated, we saw that there were lots of available tables, about half were empty. It felt like management stopped caring for this place. Next time we are in the mood for steak, we are going to a different steakhouse.

Going to Ruth Chris it my wife's happy place, only choice business for a steak dinner and overall fine dining experience. Had one little problem. We asked for an additional plate to share a meal as I do not eat a lot because of surgery. Instead when my wife's steak was brought out it was already sliced in half and put on a separate plate. Not what we asked for. Going forward what is the correct wording to ask just for a plate and not have the food split? Other than that good experience

I love frequenting this place but it was hot and the fire alarms were going off impacting the air conditioner. Everything else was perfect as always.
