Overall, Sinder California offers decent portions for its price and a fair variety of alcoholic beverages. However, it falls short in several areas. If you're looking for a budget-friendly spot with adequate portions and drink options, Sinder California might suffice, but don't expect exceptional service or flavor.
We recently stayed at the Marriott in which the Sinder is located and enjoyed evening drinks/snacks/dinner a few times. While the atmosphere is nice and the bartenders and servers quite friendly menu is hit or miss. For us the hits were the guacamole and pico de gallo, dry spiced wings, and mushroom flatbread.
