It was my birthday and I was traveling in Cali and was coming in for my free drink from Starbucks, (but definitely not free since my family of four is auto renewing our balance multiple times a month.) I asked if they had a restroom and they were rude. I have been to hundreds of Starbucks around the world but these folks were so rude I left before even getting my free drink. Surprised that this store has let its standards drop. Both staff were rude so I would blame the manager for this behavior.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location. When I asked if my son could use the restroom, even with an offer to buy something, the staff was not only unhelpful but dishonest, claiming that no restroom existed. For comparison, the staff at the neighboring Thomas Hamburger were incredibly kind and immediately handed me the keys to their facility before I had even made a purchase. I expect a much higher standard of customer service and basic decency from a global brand like Starbucks, and this visit fell far short of those expectations.
I don't mind paying for a dish or coffee to use restroom, if that's what is expected.

West Coast Chillllll Vibe and the young lady who was the only one working acknowledged everyone as soon as they walked in and informed them that they will be assisted shortly. Customer service 🙂

Here is a very small store with limited seating. There is no customer restroom. And they didn't allow me to use the employees' restroom.
However, the parking lot in the back was free and convenient.
