I wanted to get a large frappe but I couldn't secure a loan so had to go with the small. Or grande. Or tall. Or whatever they call it. Sadly there are no public electrical outlets so charge your battery if you plan to hang with your laptop like a proper hipster.

Very very very rude employee, I went in to the store at 7:28, I didn't know they are about to close. I needed to use the bathroom before I place my order. Less than 2 minutes when I came into the bathroom she knock the door in a very strong harsh way telling me they're closed, less than 30 second after she knocked again telling me they are closed.

Both times I’ve gone to this location, the employees at the registers have been rude to customers. Back in the Midwest, Starbucks employees greeted customers with a smile. Maybe it’s just a Midwestern thing, but this Starbucks should really take note.

Consistently understaffed. The wait tie for mobile orders has swelled to 10-40mins, or the staff mess up or just forget drinks. Most of the seating and the entire outdoor area are taken over by homeless people.
So the staff was great here, but the no power is an issue. I am referring to outlets not as in you walk in & the lights are out. I'm sure it's to keep homeless out, but how about your working & paying customers. How about a sign saying we don't let anyone charge or work. It's pretty bad & it is not like I'm in the ghetto. The first Starbucks where every outlet I saw was covered up.

They stopped providing power outlets to customers. And their WiFi is unbearably slow. Most of their drinks are overly sweetened without the option to change. There really is no reason to go there anymore.
