Great location, music is horrible, one latin song after the other. Not even likable songs, but imitations of crappy American music. They should play neutral music, as background, and the volume is too high.

Iām a very loyal Starbucks customer. I probably spend an average of $20-30 a day. I came to this store planning to use the restroom first and then make a purchase. But they didnāt give me the code. I showed them my account, yet they didnāt even check to see that I use Starbucks every day. It felt very rude and disrespectful. Their attitude was far from the true spirit of Starbucks we all know.

I asked for a lighter roast today and got what tasted okay at firstābut by the end, I swallowed a sludge that felt like French kissing Slimer from Ghostbusters. It was disgusting. I donāt know if it was the drip dispenser or poor cleaning, but there was something seriously off with the brew. A cup of coffee should not end like that. Please check your machines and filters. At least I have game.
Your bathroom policy is a failure. I have to buy your over-roasted, bad-tasting coffee, wait while your staff finish chatting with each other, get my name spelled wrong ā and then Iām allowed to use the restroom? Are you serious? This is a disgrace!

The person preparing the drinks today 5/21/25 around 7am got my order wrong I told her what I ordered she rudely said you will have to wait she made about 10 other drinks then the lady who took my order came over and told her something then she started my order (no apology nothing) my drink (lavender matcha latte) which I order all the time was weak, not much flavor at all

My ham and cheese croissant, my banana nut cake and my caramel machiato were all fantastic!!

Nobody smiles at this location. , the new cups / lids are absolutely atrocious. They leak and donāt sit properly on the cups
They told my husband he was not allowed to get my coffee because he is a Black man. He said the name, then they made me get out of the car and get it because they did not believe he was my husband. They told him to order at a different Starbucks. Racist Starbucks needs to go.
I have been coming to this Starbucks for two years, buying something and eating here. But today, when I asked for the restroom code just to use the restroom, they told me that non-customers are not allowed. However, I am a regular customer. It just doesnāt make sense to me that I canāt use this restaurantās restroom just because I didnāt buy something at this exact moment. Procedures can sometimes be unreasonable. Just wanted to point that out. As long as we spend money here, we should be considered customers and have access to its amenities.
The new compostable coffee lids are worthless. In the 3 minute drive home my hand was splashed with turbulent hot liquid and my cupholder was full of tea. I will legitimately not be returning for a takeout coffee if there isnt a better solution.
