Fat red headed barista gave me an attitude while I kindly ask her to fill up my water bottle telling me “I don’t have time right now” while I was one of 2 customers in the store. That’s why you work at Starbucks

Please fire Hanna. I had trouble with a loud vagrant drinking and smoking, and had to move my outside table away. I've dealt with Hanna the manager several times, each time Hanna was inconsiderate, demanding; she doesn't listen at all, is insensitive to ME and demanded a 20 minute limit on ME , not apologizing for her inability and ineptitude with the drunk. She won't take responsibility, won't apologize and she says she didn't see him, yet I'm treated like the bad guy? Immediately after, my wifi and other customer's wifi is turned off. Of course it is Hanna. Never had problems with wifi here at maxella and lincoln till she became "manager". That's been months ago. I'm a loyal patron and am not looking for trouble. Hanna should be fired immediately.

Is it just me, or has Starbucks seriously gone downhill? Baristas don't look you in the eye, they mumble your name over blaring music, leave your order on the counter to get cold, and have covered over all their electrical outlets...

Okay - same as other Star Bucks. Expensive same as the other places.
Not a Starbucks you want to stop at and probably won't be back to this one. All bad just try another one. The one on Washington is being remodeled, hopefully it will be back soon.

This is a good and convenient Starbucks. Parking is a bit of an issue but if you enter and leave from Lincoln and don't try to use the exit on Maxella, it is manageable.

BEST STARBUCKS IN THE AREA !! Always putting me on new drinks and giving me a sample to try of there new creations Great costumer ! The staff are so nice and welcoming here and I love that !!! There's plenty of space inside and always tidy!
