Writing this review in hopes a manager sees and can correctly inform their employees on Starbucks policies. Came in with my own reusable cup (not a Starbucks specific cup) and was told it can't be used because it is not a Starbucks branded cup. When they went to pour it I again asked and was told no and watched them pour it into a disposable plastic cup instead of my perfectly fine reusable cup. I know Starbucks as a whole is putting a lot of time and $$ into a solution to their plastic problem so I can't imagine this is a new policy they've implemented and I've never had an issue refilling my non-branded, personal cup. Hopefully this Starbucks isn't wasting thousands of plastic cups by refusing reusables.

I was in rush and picked up my drink and left. I wish I paied attention and say thank you to the barista. She placed a puple heart on my coffee cup that I saw later. Thank you for your kindness it means alot.

The first time I visited this location, the baristas did a wonderful job making my drinks. Recently, though, the quality has significantly decreased. When I asked if the drink could be made as it’s supposed to be and with the appropriate toppings, the barista made me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking. I paid $7.00 for a drink, so I expect it to be made right.
