We got the most beautiful cakes for my daughter’s birthday. Guests were super complimentary on how beautiful they were and how delicious. We got two 9 inch cakes for 40 kids and it was more than enough… we have quite a bit left over. Staff was very helpful and we ordered for next day (afternoon) pickup. Highly recommend!
I’m a long time Susie cakes customer & won’t be any longer. About a year or so ago, I emailed the owner about the black and mold green carrot pieces in the carrot cake. I got a friendly reply from her saying how customer satisfaction is her top priority & she would take care of it. Waited a long time to get that cake again & no change, still there! Today several pieces. Why? There is no excuse & the replies to dissatisfied customers are all similar, thanking & promising change. Another reviewer had the same experience.
The best carrot cake. Add that's it, the other cakes, for my taste, are vey uninspiring.
The staff are some of the nicest people! The decor is simple yet fun. It's a great place to be.
Corey's customer service is amazing! He went so far above & beyond for us. Thank you for everything!

I ordered via Doordash a vanilla slice and a chocolate slice for my daughter’s birthday but something happened that was Doordash’s fault that I didn’t get a dasher assigned to my order for hours. I don’t think anyone picked it up until the store closed. Susie Cakes was kind enough to do the best they can to make up for the choices that were ran out. I appreciate the happy birthday writings too so thank you. I wish I could post a pic but google won’t let me for some reason

Susie cakes used to be my favorite in the past, but now the quality of cakes and their freshness have decreased substantially and it is no longer worth the price…Even their berries cake has become dry and the cream feels very heavy and not fresh…

I have been here many times and love it! The chocolate cake and Whoopi pie (chocolate cookies with vanilla buttercream) are my favorites! Chocolate chip cookie, chocolate, and vanilla cupcakes are delicious! And the strawberry cupcake was great!
The place is beautiful, the staff is so friendly and welcoming!
Thank you all!!!

Ordered 3 slices. 2 cake slices and 1 pie slice. All for 24.00, and I wasn’t impressed. The pie slice was very small and the 2 cakes slices were different sizes, one smaller than the other. The cakes were just ok for my pallet. They do not recommend freezing, odd. I feel I was generous on the 3 stars.

Walked in and purchased a 6-inch, old-fashioned chocolate cake for a small birthday party. It was a massive hit and insanely delicious. The team is super friendly and was spot on with the serving sizes.
I’ve also purchased other items from here previously that were great, too, but something about the chocolate cake merited a review. Familiar flavors, perfectly executed.
Overall, can’t go wrong!

I must say that having bought in this place was a bad experience, I felt discriminated against, before going I spoke on the phone to ask if I had to order in advance or if they already had the cakes available, when I went they were not open yet but there were people waiting outside when we entered Since I didn't know what the ordering system was like, I wanted to ask a woman who was there. She didn't even turn to look at me and she answered rudely when I asked that a person helped us at the checkout, but since I don't speak English, my daughter told me. I was helping to order, this young man spoke to that woman who had a bad attitude, like she was in a bad mood. She did speak Spanish and when I was going to pay, she told me in an unpleasant tone that they didn't accept money. Obviously, I didn't know because it was the first time. I was going and when I spoke on the phone they didn't tell me that they didn't accept money, my husband went out to get the card to the car, my 10 year old daughter made a comment about why they didn't accept money and the woman made a gesture with her face at my daughter. I wanted to say nothing because there were people behind me, but I did feel bad for how they treated me since I came in later I thought that maybe that's how she was but not because when I returned for the cake a person spoke to that same woman I had bad attitude and she answered very kindly, if you don't like serving people who don't speak English, put a sign on the door that you don't like to speak Spanish so that we can avoid a bad time without deserving it because the cakes aren't as cheap either. so that they still treat you badly for buying what they are selling
