Food at sweetgreen appears to be standard across this locations and is perpetually fresh and delicious. The staff here are very receptive to working with customers, they have a great team. There is a great area to sit both inside and outside. Overall, it's a great location and great value for its freshness. I always feel like I'm eating healthy grabbing Sweetgreen for dinner - and it is hard to get such a variety of fresh ingredients on my own. It can be busy around dinner or lunch time, so you can order ahead at those time to avoid the rush.

Sweetgreen management advertises that they use the healthiest of ingredients however it doesn't matter if the kale is locally sourced when they allow their employee's hair to fall in salads. I've had this happen twice so I can no longer support this chain. I would rather eat a McDonald's salad with no hair. Please make hair nets mandatory or add a big disclaimer in the app that says "your salad may contain hair."

Old tofu, mushrooms aren’t the best either.

Not impressed would not come back. Compared to other salad places your portion of lettuce to start off was small and the toppings selection was lacking. You do have better fresh grilled protein but that doesnt help me. You charged $6 dollars more and gave me less or none of what i wanted since you dont have it. Service from Alex was good.

Just tried this place for the first time and won't be back. The food is healthy, OK - but the staff is horribly rude. Not only did the person look straight at me and proceed to ask the person behind me what they'd like to order, but they were fussy while taking my order like I was wasting his time. Then as I was putting my credit card back in my wallet after paying, he uttered "you're good to go" rudely like I was taking too long to put my card away. Horrible staff.

They completely ignore the tickets. Have had way more mistakes than correct orders. Sloppy staff

They are sloppy here and forget dressing often! Ruined my dinner and have no contact number. Shame on you sweetgreen.

You changed the salmon so now people who have a gluten allergy aren't able to eat it. Your front of house is always lacking in staff and creating a line to order - please have a regular salmon option for people with a gluten allergy. A miso glaze recipe also can easily be made gluten free.

Great food. But staff is so angry stressed not trained. Didn’t think getting a salad could be so messy

After working on the Boat we were hungry. So we stopped in for a big salad. I added Avocado, my friend added tofu. We eat our meal out side. Very nice weather, made it very nice. The place seems to attract the heath conscious college age students. Come on down, when you order tell them JOE sent you. They will say Joe Who...that's me?Vegetarian options: Make your own salad ??

So I took a chance and Finally tried this place today. I thought it might be similar to this European fast casual healthy food spot called Honest Greens. Boy wasn't wrong. I ordered the guacamole greens and added cucumber as well as the ranch chicken rice kids meal . While the guacamole greens was edible what offended me was the tortilla chips that come with it . Honestly if you come here and try this, please ask to remove them. Not because it makes the dish slightly less healthy, but just the quality of the tortilla chips is extremely offensive. Think unsalted, stale, fritos or worse the stale unsalted generic nacho tortilla chips that come in a bag at some random sport stadium crushed up and added to your $15 salad . I mean what were they thinking? Like why would someone want to pay $15 for a salad and then have that as an accompaniment. It really cheapens the dish and entire experience. You could easily go to El Pollo Loco and get the double Pollo tostada bowl and have the same exact experience for half the price .. actually scratch that you would have a better experience for half the price as the quality of everything. besides, the lettuce in the tostada salad bowl is superior than what I ate for lunch if that tells you something . Overall giving it a 3/5 . The vignette and quality of the greens was a 5 but the tortilla chips are a 1. As for the chicken ranch rice kids meal ...it was the most disjointed dish I ever ate. I don't understand .The flavors really just don't work together.. if I had a kid, I definitely would not feed this to them if I was trying to convince them that healthy food can taste good. If I'm honest serving this dish would be a fitting punishment to them . Honestly, if I did have a kid and fed them this, I think they would question my love for them and they would be right to question it based on feeding them this . 2/5 Overall I wouldn't spend any more money trying food here however, if someone offered to buy me a salad here I'd eat it ( with modifications) . Give this place a try and tell me what you think. I'm pretty sure some people love it but for the price they haven't convinced me .

Foods is always great at sweet greens. Service can vary with the dudes there, pretty faces but disturbing personalities and judgements. There is a wonderful Caucasian female who seemed to be the manager who is super awesome, def appreciate her.

I usually love Sweegreen but this was the worst experience I've ever had at one of their locations. When I walked in, only two parties were in front of me. The couple the staff was helping had a picky order with their son so one staff member moved on to the woman in front of me and got her order done quickly. I then continued to stand there and be completely ignored for 5 more minutes while the entire staff helped finish up the first couple. Not a hello or just a minute. Ignored! Once someone finally got to me they informed me they were out of tomatoes. One of only 5 ingredients in the salad I wanted. Good luck Sweetgreen, I'm out!
