Loved the waiter, she spoke Spanish and food was great!

This place is an accident waiting to happen. It's way too crowded to walk around with staff carrying food, people walking, and the kitchen in the walkway.

I didn't enjoy my time at all. Our family sat at the end and I could hear the clashing of dishes the entire time.

My burger sucked and the waiter didn't really care to do anything about it.

It's a bad location and experience all around. I would not come back or recommend to anyone.

Sat 28th December, 6pm. Slow service (table next to us arrived after us and had there drinks and meals before we got water). When our meals arrived 3 of the 4 were cold...just poor.

This is my first time here on new year's eve
And I don't know where is the parking entrance so I'm in the wrong one and it's have spike barrier there, my tire got damage and have to towed back around 25 miles.

It's has only small and dark red sign that mention you on the wrong way and the car will get damage next to the spike and facing to the road. It's mean you have entered and drive over the spike already.

We come to eat here all the time. Food is amazing and food service as well. Was hanging out with my family in the fire pit patio. But the reason for the 1 star is because an employee turned off the fire pit from us and did not turn off the fire pit in front of us due to they were white. It felt as we were nothing. And kinda racist even though the employee was our same skin color. I went to speak about the incident to the manager on duty. His name is Brandon, I was telling him what happened. And he looked at me with a blank stare and just said that he will talk with the staff, and did nothing about it and just left it like that. Wife had to go and say something as well and it still was no help. We will definitely be calling corporate for this. I have never felt so disrespected here. For even my kids to start saying why did they turn it off only to us and not the other one, is such a big thing for even kids to notice the racism, since we were not white.

Our recent dinner at the Cheesecake Factory was truly exceptional. From the moment we were greeted, we felt welcomed and valued. Our server, Chad, was absolutely phenomenal. His service was flawless, attentive, and incredibly friendly. He possessed a truly remarkable aura and energy that made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The food, as always, was exquisite. We savored every bite of our meals, and the presentation was simply stunning. The highlight, of course, was the legendary Cheesecake Factory cheesecake. It was a decadent and delightful conclusion to a perfect meal.
The ambiance of the restaurant was also top-notch. We dined on the heated patio, which offered breathtaking views of marina del rey.
The warmth of the heaters combined with the cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable evening.
We highly recommend the Cheesecake Factory to anyone seeking a truly memorable dining experience.
The combination of delicious food, impeccable service, and a fantastic ambiance makes it a cut above the rest.

By visiting considering this is a Cheesecake Factory location i was sorry to see the state of cleanelines of tables. Even though we pointed out but it felt like a normal. The pasta we ordered was not cooked properly but was quickly changed and removed that's why full rating on service. The restaurant has patio which has a good view of the canal

Super good. I went on a Friday after the holiday and I was expecting a long wait but the hostess said it would only be 15-20. Our party of 7 were seated quickly and Jewels, our waitress, was very helpful and very attentive to our service. The food was excellent. I ordered the Crispy Pineapple Chicken and shrimp. My friends got shrimp scampi, orange chicken. It was my anniversary and the dessert was delicious.
