I had probably what I would call the worst experience eating out in my entire life. The appetizers came out before the drinks (beer and a Diet Coke) had to send one of the appetizers back. Then manager then brought back the dish to our table and placed it back down. Very rude. Then they are charging $25 for a glass of house red blend? How is that possible then my pasta dish was wrong. But I was already fed up and hungry. My steak and potatoes were cold. Then when I asked for the check it took about 30 min.My server Juan was great. Wasn’t his fault. He was on his mandatory 30 min break during most of the incidents and the food can’t be blamed on him either

We stopped by for a quick lunch after church. We sat in the bar area so that we could get in and out and we were able to do so. The restaurant itself was not to busy so customers were able to get seated fairly quickly

Tried to eat there Sunday at 4:00pm, made a reservation. All reservation does is give you wait list priority. The wait was still 45 minutes. We had to leave.

We went for late lunch, they were busy and took some time to be seated and get our order. But after that everything was great. The person who served us was very friendly and helpful to make our choice. The pineapple chicken and shrimp as well as Cajun chicken and shrimp were one of the best we have had. The downer was brown rice with first order but that's our fault since we ordered it. Would definitely go back if we're nearby. Location is great as well, unfortunately the day we went, was windy and a bit cold for my wife's liking but otherwise they have beautiful beach front tables as well. The great regret I have is that, we had no place left to have cheesecake.Parking: It's 8$ for valet which we used but there were plenty of parking around.

My husband and I were mostly pleased with our dining experience here this evening....our appetizers and drinks were spot on....we had a spicy margarita and a cadillac margarita. The calamari and factory nachos with chicken were delicious and plentiful. Our waiter, Eilon was AWESOME...he was attentive, very pleasant and professional with a sense of humor. We each ordered an entrée but barely ate any because we were so full from our appetizers. We will eat theUnfortunately, when we walked over to let the manager, Maria, know what great service our waiter provided, from 2 feet away, she directed him to tell us to wait ....after a couple of minutes of waiting we left.

First off parking is limited and valet only, so be prepared. If you miss the turn into the restaurant you will have to go a bit up road and circle back. Once inside it’s good. If the weather is nice definitely sit on the patio outside. Located right on the marina it’s definitely nice air and some views. Food is pretty standard and everything came to table hot. Obviously the cheesecake never disappoints. I came here for date night and had an ok time

I have been a patron of The Cheesecake Factory for at least 20 years, drawn by its mission to be a leader in experiential dining. Regrettably, my latest visit fell short of this promise.Planning for a special evening, I chose The Cheesecake Factory in Marina Del Rey, anticipating a delightful dinner against the backdrop of a stunning sunset. While the view lived up to expectations, the dining experience itself was deeply lacking, prompting me to recommend that guests and food enthusiasts consider alternative venues. The evening began on a sour note with the parking staff aggressively soliciting payment, reminiscent of a scene from a clichéd New York film. This was only the start of what would become a series of disappointments. The service mirrored that of a fast-food establishment, a stark contrast to what one would expect from The Cheesecake Factory. It appeared that our server might not have been adequately trained to provide the expected level of dining experience.Following the standard protocol, we ordered drinks and, upon our server’s recommendation, decided to try an appetizer. An hour passed without any sign of our entrees, during which our server hurriedly attended to our table, hastily replacing my drink and removing the appetizer without offering us the opportunity to order our main course. This lack of attention was not only frustrating but also indicative of a broader issue with the service quality.Furthermore, the food, when it finally arrived after a distressing wait of an hour and a half, was far from satisfactory. The spicy vodka rigatoni was overwhelmingly seasoned with cayenne pepper, rendering it inedible. Dishearteningly, even after expressing our concerns to the manager, Ryan, no satisfactory resolution was offered. Our server, Sylvia, seemed unprepared to navigate us through a seamless dining experience, which significantly diminished our evening. Most disappointingly, the culmination of these service failures meant forgoing the very item we had come for - cheesecake. This visit was not only a letdown but also a lost opportunity to celebrate an evening out.

Great experience. The food is good and the atmosphere and view are great. The only downside is that everywhere in the USA people talk really too loudly at the table. It's very noisy.

The Senior Manager named Adriana at this Cheesecake Factory was extremely rude, unprofessional, and racist. My mom ordered orange chicken and did not like it, because it did not taste like orange chicken and it was not hot. We asked to send it back and she’s going to say we cannot return it and we had to pay for it, even though we did not want it and requested to return it. She also said we could not exchange it for something else. Adriana stated that this has been policy for 2 years, but I know that is a BIG FAT LIE, just like she is. This Cheesecake (MDR, CA) is going down hill...MAJOR UGH to Adriana. SHE SUCKS IN A SUPER DUPER WAY!!!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. The Cheesecake Factory at the GROVE gives way better customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEESECAKE FACTORY!!!!!!!
