Took my money for an online order and now won't fulfil my order and the refuse to let me speak with anyone in management. It's a simple $20 order. If they don't want to or are not able to fulfil my order after having taken my money, just refund me or let me know, that's all I've asked, but that's too much. I first reached out using their form. Since, I have spoken with them multiple times on the phone, still nothing. I'm now having to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This is not an honest company
