Tony P’s Dockside Grill

First time at Tony P’s, and surely not the last! I was very impressed with both the food and customer service.

I came to Tony’s on a whim after running the LA Marathon! As you can imagine, I had a voracious appetite and was eager to replenish my glycogen stores immediately. Tony’s was the perfect choice since it was conveniently located in a beautiful, peaceful spot on our way home.

The food was absolutely fantastic. I ordered a creamy plate of garlic shrimp pasta, and it was heavenly—steaming fresh, perfectly seasoned with Italian spices, and with a sauce that had just the right consistency—not too thick or watered down. The garlic bread was toasted to perfection without being overly oily.

What made the meal even better was the gorgeous view of the marina, with the sunshine glistening on the sapphire water.

Service was efficient and attentive. Our waiter was kind, checked in often, and made sure we had everything we needed. We were seated within 15 minutes, and our food arrived relatively quickly as well!

I will definitely be back when I'm in the area. Thank you, Tony’s, for a “champion’s” lunch!

We arrived on what would appear as a quiet Friday night. We ate in the dining room area. Waiter was super helpful in deciding on drinks and food. I recommend the calamari for the appetizer. There were big chunks of fried calamari. For dinner I got the keto fish dish and it did not disappoint. The fish was amazing. It paired well with the cabbage underneath. The side of sautéed veggies was cooked to perfection. The veggies were not mushy, they snapped and had good flavor.

Service of the waitress was a 10, she was wonderful, food and drinks were amazing.

However, we road bikes there and locked them up in the front. When we came out someone had cut the lock and stolen the E bike. I went and spoke to the manager Joey. I found out there are no cameras outside and they used to have a fake camera outside. Which doesn’t seem right. My boyfriend’s brother was upset about the bike being stolen but, was not rude to Joey at all. Joey got an attitude and no longer was helpful nor kept his offer on us coming in having drinks on them while waiting for the cops. I’ve been a manager at many places and I would never treated customers nor anyone that way. Very poor management.

Delicious lunch, friendly and attentive service and a beautiful view. I had the Greek salad with shrimp and a blood orange ipa. The fresh bread made my day!
