Our food was, as always, absolutely incredible. Drinks were phenomenal. And Justin was quite possibly one of the best servers I've ever had the pleasure of hanging out with. That dude deserves a giant raise, seriously. He had incredible energy and was so kind and helpful and attentive.
Our last visit to Salt Wood was very good; this time, not so much. I ordered the rock cod fish and chips. The batter was thick and doughy. I ended up digging out the fish to salvage my meal. My wife had the lobster and crab pasta. The dish was very spicy and dry. We ordered bread too and that turned out fine. It's pretty sad when the bread basket was the best part of the meal.
Nice atmosphere, we came here to just have a small quick bite. The all fresh and grilled oysters are delicious. We had to order another round of the grilled Kimichi Oysters because those were delicious! We ordered fish tacos very good and their drinks were decent, it did take about 30 min to receive our drinks, there was only one bartender and it wasn't busy. I will definitely be coming back to eat dinner and watch the sunset.
