I had visitors from out of town who wanted to meet up at Starbucks. I myself am not a fan of Starbucks but agreed to meet up with them here. I must say this place is filthy. From the moment you see the dirty door and then enter and see dirty tables and dirty floors. My friends ordered fancy coffee and I opted for a plain black coffee. The service was very slow. My coffee took about 20 minutes to receive and my friends orders took longer. I believe it took another 20 minutes or more for them to get their drinks. One of them needed to use the restroom but she said it was so disgusting and filthy that she decided to wait. This Starbucks is definitely poorly managed and the staff should be ashamed for allowing these terrible conditions. It's highly unlikely that I would ever return.

The kind barista offered me an alternative to cold brew, after she had seen me waiting around for 10 minutes (usually cold brew takes less than five minutes). I was in a rush so the offer to sub out for nitro was fine with me. But the cashier supervisor basically denied me that and improperly swapped out the cold brew leg so I ran out of time and left with only the food portion of my order. I get that nitro is like 50 cents, maybe a dollar more but denying me that substitution seemed like an incorrect call

Staff completely ignored me when I went to order and then ignored the woman behind me.Drive thru was shut down and this place was so dirty

Zero stars! Location isn't convenient in the slightest, over staffed and super slow, not a clean table in the place! I asked for a plain bagel with honey butter and you would think I asked them for a moon rock. Haha! They said: "We don't have honey butter." To which I said: "Have you got butter?" Cashier: "yes" Me: "Have you got honey?" Cashier: "yes" Me: "Can you combine those two things and make honey butter?" Cashier: "no, you have to do it" Me: "Fine, and I'll have a glass of cold milk" Cashier: "Milk?" Me: "Cold milk, yes please" Cashier looking at the register screen "We have steamed milk!" Hahaha!I don't think StarBucks realizes they loose an advantage over their competitors when they micro manage their staff to the point the staff isn't encouraged to think for them selves. The entire area reserved for the public was messy because A) none of the staff are allowed to consider that area of the building part of their work space....B) The staff can't improvise because there is no incentive to do so....C) The creative aspect of thinking outside the box has been streamline out of the humans working there. Oh! And so when my plain bagel was toasted they called my name (hint: it's not Dan). In a bag I found one frozen butter pad and one very small honey packet with a warmed plain bagel. This is kinda what I mean StarBucks! If you just stop stripping individual thought or encourage people to give it a brief thought, then a reasonable person would surmise a single frozen butter pad isn't enough and doesn't spread and a single honey packet also isn't enough. It's literally less than a teaspoon! And no milk. That's right, they called my name as if my order was complete but it wasn't. Just a bagel without sufficient honey butter. So do I wait or do I ask for the rest of my order that I originally asked for once already? I ask. "Excuse me, I also ordered and paid for a cold milk?" Cashier: "ah ok, those tickets come up over there, ask the guy over there." Me thinking to myself 'how is StarBucks still in business?' but saying out loud "I was told to ask you for my cold milk I ordered" Kid behind the counter: "What size?" Me: "No one asked me what size so I never said but I'd like a large if you can?" Kid behind the counter: "Coming right up!" There was nothing cold about the milk. I watched it come from a plastic gallon jug sitting on the counter without a lid. I'd be guessing when I tell you it must be the same jug of milk that's going into all the coffee drinks people order through the drive through but I think it's a pretty good guess. Just to recap, this StarBucks isn't easy to get to, about as clean as an underground subway system, they serve incomplete orders with a smile, they can't mix frozen butter and honey but to their credit neither can I, they don't own any cold milk of any size. Eating here feels like I'm 'serving time' Hahaa! While writing this review they refunded two different customers and an employee came out from behind the counter yelling the name "Dan, order for Dan!" and I am the only person in the building smiling back at the person who took my order, and my manes not Dan. Hahaa!

Unquestionably the longest lines ever both inside and out. I've come here multiple times hoping it was just 1 bad experience but it's not. I'll be driving the extra 5-10 min to go to a different one that will serve me faster. We went once and they said it would be 35 min wait before ordering. This time we waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes. If you have nowhere else to be come here. Otherwise avoid it. The drinks are good when you do eventually get them but certainly not worth the wait.

More than likely you find yourself waiting for your drink like me... the wait here is extremely lengthy. The staff are kind, the location is clean. It gets overcrowded and parking is difficult to find.

I have mobile ordered here for years now and multiple times it seems the workers do NOT pay attention to drink modifications. Twice in the past month they forgot to put an extra shot of espresso in my drink as I ordered and PAID for. Acting like that extra shot is coming out of their paycheck or something.

Horrible baristas with attitude complaining about wanting to go home. I waited inside for 20 min to listen to them complain. Short male should be fired. He purposely took his time to make a drink, then just set it on the counter and walked away then made a comment about f’n white people. They weren’t even busy. Little fella needs to go work at the dump. He stinks.

Personal note: I don't usually leave reviews but I had to pop in to say HUGE thank you to the tall barista guy working 4/29/23 at 6:00 pm who made my drink. I order it frequently at various locations but today's order has truly transcended my ordinary experience to achieve Final Form. It can't get better than this. WOw. Super impressed. Thank you. Worth the prior $2 tip for sure. (hazelnut caramel-cold brew) TIP YOUR BARISTAS FOLKS! -Former Starbucks employee

I've always had good experiences here. I typically pre-order on the mobile app and run in and pick it up. The drive-through usually has a line. The people are always friendly and I get my order quickly when I get in. The parking isn't the best. They've only not had something I wanted once (vanilla...eek!) But, it happens.

Not sure that girl called out my name for the drink because it looked different than usual and the girl said there's a label. Well if it's not mines. Not going to touch it right. Then it looked strange like it's missing something. I pointed out to the other girl. Then she said it's missing cinnamon I'm thinking want it's missing something else. At that point I was late. I told them. Want my money back. The girl said simple add on. I told the guy I ll just get my money back. Then the girl said to the guy that just add cinnamon. And I'm thinking didn't I asked for my money several times. And he said I can add on the cinnamon I told just the money back. Then I told him about $1. What about that. I told you can keep it. P

Nice little SB's. Tight parking but they have a drive through if you can fit. Nice barista on my visit, went out of her way to get my drink just right. ❤️??
