The kind barista offered me an alternative to cold brew, after she had seen me waiting around for 10 minutes (usually cold brew takes less than five minutes). I was in a rush so the offer to sub out for nitro was fine with me. But the cashier supervisor basically denied me that and improperly swapped out the cold brew leg so I ran out of time and left with only the food portion of my order. Unquestionably the longest lines ever both inside and out. I've come here multiple times hoping it was just 1 bad experience but it's not. I'll be driving the extra 5-10 min to go to a different one that will serve me faster. We went once and they said it would be 35 min wait before ordering. This time we waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes. If you have nowhere else to be come here. Otherwise avoid it.
