It was very crowded when we came here to have dinner, but the waiting time for a free table (45 min) was worth it! We knew it is a good sign )) Delicious cocktails and tasty food. The nicest service and really cool unique atmosphere of a small beautiful restaurant.
Both meals was overpriced. The chicken special dinner was a seven out of a 10 the French dip was ordered with no mayonnaise and covered with mayonnaise was returned in a very short time in the meal was a four out of a 10 very disappointed in $100 meal.
Simply the BEST food and service we have experienced in a long time! We are visiting from the UK and spent 3 nights in San Francisco, stopped here on the way to Yosemite and what a stop, this place is not a match for anything that we have had on on our travels to date! Cannot fault it in anyway, the ribeye steak and apple pie are a must! Highly recommend Charles Street Dinner House! What a find we stumbled on!
