This place was really great! The owner was at the cash register this morning and was incredibly friendly. You could tell it really mattered to her that we had a good experience…and we did! The cinnamon roll was delicious. As another reviewer noted, the icing isn’t pure cream cheese, but something else (whatever it was, it worked!). The almond butter toast was perfectly sweet & salty for breakfast. Also I had a frozen mocha which hit the spot. Easy parking, ample seating, and very chill vibes. Highly recommend if you need a quick bite. Loved it.

What a treasure! I ate the most delicious cinnamon roll of my life (and it was huge!). They have all the coffee types, other baked goods - including a gluten free option :) They've got some magic going on because no matter when you show up - the cinnamon rolls are fresh from the oven. The decor and atmosphere make you want to stay and visit, and the seating is set up to make each table feel private - not bumped against someone else. Anytime I'm in Mariposa, I'm definitely stopping in! Maybe I'll get some more for the road <3 <3 <3

Incredible food and incredible service. My partner and I were staying in Mariposa for hiking in Yosemite and intended to try different places for breakfast, but just ended up coming back here each morning. The food is so, so good- fresh, well-seasoned, not too heavy or greasy, and exactly what we wanted before a day of hiking. The service was incredible too. I’m a vegetarian and they have ready options for that and were happy to make non-vegetarian options into vegetarian options, not just by taking off the meat but by adding more veggies too. It was so good.
And THEY SEASON THEIR VEGGIES!!! It’s crazy how few places do this, but they even season their greens lightly and it made a huge difference in a great way.
Vegetarian options: Lots of good options- my favorites were the avocado toast which you can add an egg to for extra protein, and then the bagel egg sandwich which comes with bacon but if you ask for it without, they have a egg with veggies that they put on instead and it is so good!

The place is not set up to handle more than 1 customer every 10 minutes. There were 6 people in line when we arrived and it took over 40 minutes to order and receive our food. It all came out at different times so our small party of 3 all ate at different times.
The food was fine, but the speed of service was so poor, I cannot in good faith recommend this place.
Hi. This place is great to eat and good coffee. Avacado toast was a highlight. More than that, the owners and staff helped me with some transport challenges to Merced. Highly appreciated and went above and beyond. Shower them with praise and support this fantastic local business.
