This place is amazing. A local spot in Mariposa that is a must stop. The food was DELICIOUS and Ron, the bartender/server/host was amazingly kind and friendly. We’re from Texas and smoked meat is a standard. The Hideout impressed us. The quality and flavor was not disappointing. Do not miss the tacos! They were sold out of fresh pizza dough so we weren’t able to try the pizza, but next time! Thank you for a memorable stop in Mariposa.

This is such a cool hole in the wall! Edgy, fun, lively, and plenty of ways to keep yourself entertained because let me tell you one thing you are gonna WAIT for your food. We ordered something basic that took super long during a busy night. Our young blonde guy server was kind enough to apologize and offer a free drink so we for sure appreciated that. Would have appreciated it more if wait time wasnt so long. In a small town, I guess that may be to be expected. Really cool local spot. Come here if you want an experience.

Food was decent and atmosphere was fantastic. But services were super slow. It almost took an hour for our dish to arrive. I understand that they were short staffed. But hiring one more cook will help them overcoming large delay in making food on busy nights.

nous y sommes allés après une recherche Google car nous étions de passage pour aller à Yosemite.
ce restaurant est très étonnant, le personnel est vraiment chaleureux.
nous avons découvert l'histoire des billets aux murs et au plafond, le lieu est chargé d'histoire.
le restaurant en lui-même est très sympa, nous avons eu plein de conseils même de la part des clients habitués.
nous avons choisi un tacos de poisson et aussi le wrap de poulet épicé.
c'était vraiment excellent, une adresse à ne pas rater un lieu vraiment typique à voir absolument.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. They offered a vegan Beyond Burger that was well cooked. It has a lovely atmosphere and extremely friendly staff.
Great food, great staff, pool table and Miss Pack man arcade machine. A little bit small but cosy and full of charm!

Jessei is a very dishonest bartender. They overcharged me by $6 for pork in the sandwich, which already was in the dish's description. I will never come back here. The atmosphere itself was fine but i can't just give it a positive rating after getting played like this
