We were lucky not to be there on a weekend. The place is a no nonsense eatery swarming with flies and bees. Food is as expected fresh from the sea and different options of trying out the oysters. Unfortunately many of them have pork items inside it so it is really an issue for those who do not eat pork. Prices are on the higher side and service is swift. There are makeshift cabins for toilets. A plus point was the free wifi which was really very helpful as there are no 5G signals in that area.
Vegetarian options: none
Dietary restrictions: lots of items have pork which makes it difficult for those who do not eat it
Wheelchair accessibility: difficult

Quality of the seafood was great but the recipes were mediocre.

Huge servings with the sandwiches. We sat outside and I'd give this place 5/5 atmosphere if it wasn't for the flies and yellow jackets buzzing around everywhere. Maybe it's seasonal or weather department but I was surprised to see them flying around at every table.
I only ordered the tri tip sandwiche and ended up taking part of it to go cause the servings were so big. Well worth the price compared to most places that will low-ball you in CA.

Amazing food. The chorizo oysters weren't as good as I expected. Couldn't taste the chorizo or the oyster. I did put some sauce that came with the raw oysters on them. Made them much better. The smoked trout was amazing, the pickled carrots I didn't enjoy. Wish they had fly traps or bee traps about as they were plenty. Staff is friendly.

This was excellent! The fish sandwich on focaccia was incredible and a huge portion, my friend and I split the oysters kilpatrik, highly recommend and I’m usually not a fan of cooked oysters.

This was such a unique experience!! Definitely on the pricey side but the food was so worth it! The view was exceptional and just a very enjoyable time! The oysters were so delicious and fresh! I definitely recommend coming here and trying it out for yourself! Service was very quick and the server was very helpful with the menu. If you’re exploring the coast, this is a must stop!

Exceptional $$$$ for exceptional quality… but small serving size.
$88 lunch for two. Had the ceviche tacos, fish taco, 6 oyster on the half shell. Standout (!!) was the ceviche taco: firm succulent fish with generous avocado and herbs all on a super crispy fried tortilla. Amazing. Unfortunately the price is wilting. About $12 for each taco and $4 per oyster. Having grown 3 varieties of oysters in WA state, paying $4/ea is painful. But the $12 for each taco is seaside robbery and we left still feeling a bit hungry.

The absolute best oysters I’ve ever had! This spot is worth the trek from the Bay Area. It’s a very causal spot (port-a-potty toilets, bus your table) with very friendly and fast service. The seating is right on the water and the view of the bay and the forested hills is lovely. You must get fresh oysters and grilled oysters. Our favorite grilled option is the bbq oysters, but you can’t go wrong with any of them. Plus, all grilled oysters come with a large chunk of garlic herb sourdough bread, which you can’t miss. If your dining companions aren’t interested in oysters (shame on them) there are fish tacos, clam chowder, sandwiches, and several other options on the menu. If you’re craving dessert, they offer buffalo milk soft serve.
I recommend making a day out of this and doing a hike in Point Reyes or Marin beforehand.

We went to the Marshall Store after a hike at Pt. Reyes for lunch. Raw oysters on half shell DELISH, as well as the clam chowder!! You can choose different flavored toppings for oysters, and they are served with the most excellent bread,,,crunchy crust, chewy, moist inside!! We ate outside on the deck with a lovely view of the ocean and boats. The best lunch ever!

Rockefeller oyster was very disappointing. Ceviche & sandwich was just ok. Try further down the road you might have a better choices.
